  1. This was a pretty rough Dollar Tree. Dimly lit, dirty, poorly organized and disheveled, crowded aisles, and only one cashier with a very long line. I cannot recommend.

  2. Probably the worst dollar tree in Norfolk. Store is about 50% empty, and looks like it is never fronted or faced. This store could be much more profitable if stock levels and cleanliness improved.

Good store, but the lady with the red hair on the cash registers are so worried about people stealing that she is basically putting other peoples lives at risk escalating the situation by screaming, watch the guy in the black coat, turn on all the cameras. Nothing in that store is worth more than $1.25 but my life is definitely worth more than $1.25. You’ll need to fire that woman or put a muzzle on her mouth because I am not gonna get killed and some store because of her trying to protect some merchandise that cost $1.25 That she doesn’t even own, and she’s not even making a living wage, so why does she care?

    West broad Dollar tree is always so special for me, my family and friends. I have been to short pump dollar tree but still this west broad dollar tree is close to my heart as we bought several items here for all our celebrations. We usually buy beach toys, photo frames, ceramic cups, ceramic plates, paper cups, paper plates, bathroom curtains and rings, plant pots, decoration items, shining papers and sometime school stationeries. Most of the party stuffs are so cheap and affordable. The staffs are so cool and helpful; all items are generally available and I never seen they are out of stock. This big store is located next block of Bank of America drive thru.

    I’m sure I’ve rated this location before. However, I do love to shop here. The associates are great and this store has merchandise other stores don’t. Though that can be said of other stores. The ambience here though is friendly and personally hands-on accommodating. They have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to shop.

    This is a good place to shop if you are in a hurry. Some parts are very neat and clean but others are not. Sometimes there are people who go shopping and just make a mess, they take children and take care of them, they make a mess. In general terms I like this store.

    Of all the Dollar Tree locations I have been to this one just blows all the others out of the water. This is a fairly big store. Clean spacious isles. Friendly staff and rows and rows of excellently priced merchandise. My favorite so far.

    It’s very concerning to see how employee’s treat each other here. You’ve got a couple cashiers that need serious attitude adjustments. To correct a co worker in front of everyone as you lazily stand there doing nothing is ridiculous. To complain her doing something different than you,mrs entitled, held up HER line..as you do nothing…held up her line. The entitled opinion you had to announce and then complain about to another co worker in front of everyone. Unreal. Get it together. Sadly it’s the older ladies here that are the worst. You know better. At least you should
