- Reviews:The security guard was actually the most helpful employee in this entire Home Depot store. Be stopped us as we were leaving to ask if we found everything OK and we told him we had not, and although they didn’t carry what we needed,!he was still very helpful to us!! On my most recent shopping trip to this location, It was a really specific item that we had been looking to purchase from here and we had already struck out on finding what we needed at multiple other Home Depot’s (and a couple different Menard’s stores as well). Needed wood cut and pulled up to the cutting station and was greeted immediately. My hubby actually ended up asking for one additional cut, of course after the wood was loaded to go. I could continue to write about the experiences I’ve encountered here regarding the dumpster fire this location is, but I’ll let photos do the talking.
usually the staff in most HD stores is on point. I can’t say the same about this location. alot of the workers here don’t great anyone and don’t seem to want to be bothered to help anyone.
that being said, the employees that are friendly do a great job helping and greeting customers.
This Home Depot is a Big Expansive store. It’s Clean and Well-light. They have a Good Organization of Better Quality Merchandise, Ample Stock of a variety of reasonably priced items. Watch for sales.
Ordered 60 sheets of plywood showed up to this location to get this loaded and have been waiting for over an hour. Literally only two employees in the store are trained on the lift. This is very discouraging. Requested the MOD to come talk to me and nobody showed. This store has a real lack of leadership.
Employees are trying their best but with inferior leader ship they can’t get much done.
This is actually one of my favorite stores for hardware and lightbulbs etc. Although I don’t know how to use half of the things that they sell. It’s cool looking at everything. Start first in the light fixture department for a burst of electric energy.
This location is normally always organized and pretty clean. Staff is normally friendly, yet busy but are quick to assist you when they can. The plant department inside could use a little more love; but I think that area is outsourced. Also check for bugs. Cactus normally steal the show; with the outdoor plants next up.
Watch out for the long pieces of wood at check out. And have your receipt ready before you head to the door. You will get checked even though staff just watched you get rung up but it’s cool they are just doing their job. Looking forward to taking a free workshop. Learning is fun to the mental!
