They said it will be delivered by Feb 2 so I waited at home for the whole day but they just called and said the truck broke down and they will come next Monday. Today is Monday so I wait at home and they just came and took away my old dishwasher but with NO NEW DISHWASHER??????? Had to call them again and they said it may need more couple of days. When I ask for the exact date for delivery they said they don’t know, and all I can do is to wait for their call??? Excuse me??????????? It drove me away before and it’s working on driving me away again. Also when are going to really teach your workers about what they are selling and not let them sit at computer till they pass your test. Not a knowledgeable staff. Nope didn’t buy anything.By Eric (2 months ago)At Home Depot in Salem New Hampshire on Broadway today after work.. looking at vinyl plank flooring.. ran into two people in Home Depot aprons and I thought “oh what luck employees ! Even though they’re acting more like a couple than employees …. I asked for a flat cart so I could put cases of flooring on.. I wheeled the cart to the register where the cashier tried to get someone to help me load it into my car.. she was hung up on twice and I finally told her.” Don’t worry about it I basically put it on the cart by myself I guess I can get it in my car by myself.. she also got me a Band-Aid because I ripped the side of my finger open on a piece of planking sticking out of the one of the boxes.. the cashier gave me a Band-Aid.. she was probably the best part of the whole thing.. I miss the days where you can go into a Home Depot and everybody knew their section and everybody cared about their job and everybody cared about the customer.. I really think those days are gone.. kudos to that cashier who tried to help me.. she’s what Home Depot used to be about.. I did notice a few employees chit-chatting on my way out the door with my cart full of vinyl planks.. real nice and asked me if I needed any help.. oh wait yeah they did look at me but they didn’t ask me anyting..By Marc Cresta (4 months ago)I ordered a pair of Milwaukee knee braces online for instore pick up went and grabbed my order and to my mistake I didn’t check the bag I just assumed that they had given me the correct product they apparently didn’t have what I ordered in stock so instead of contacting me they just threw in some carpet knee pads which were half the price and nothing close to what I needed and the worst part is they tried to charge me the price of what I actually ordered I immediately returned them and let them know that what they had done was wrong and should be ashamed of what had happened long story short dont trust their online order system always inspect your purchase if they hand it to you baggedBy Erik Dalbec (a week ago)

Store usually has all your needs covered. Staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful. Finding them though usually takes some effort. Return policy is good. Isles sometimes get blocked by ladders and boxes (see pictures). Self checkout is streamlined. Especially appreciate the removable barcode scanner.
I went in last week to ask for help finding parts to make an extension for my steam dryer hookup (long story due to Home Depot delivering and leaving me with a not fully hooked up dryer.)
One of the male employees in the appliance section was extremely condescending. Pat (I believe was her name) ended up helping me to her best ability to find the right parts.
I went home, put them all together and water leaked all over my basement, no matter how much we tightened everything.
I wish the staff was a bit more knowledgeable.

Please don’t go to Home Depot. Lowe’s is a much better place to shop. Home Depot makes commitment but they don’t honor. They use the Coronavirus as an excuse on everything.
Went into the store at 11:30am to purchase a grill, gave a will call pickup time of 5:30. Arrived back at the store at 5:35, and the order had not been pulled yet. Waited half an hour to be brought the display grill that had clearly been left out during heavy rain and was dirty and rusted. We had not asked for an assembled grill, and requested that they pull one in a box that didn’t look used. 15 minutes later we finally received that grill and a halfhearted apology. We dealt with 6 employees during our visit, none seemed to have any idea what was happening and none seemed inclined to actually interact with us or each other. The whole mess could have been avoided if our order had been pulled properly to begin with.
