  1. Reasonably priced decors, clothes, accessories etc. cashiers were working at good pace and numbers so, queue was not long.
    Some sections were slightly unorganized.

  2. This ross is an unorganized mess! After rummaging through misplaced items and comparing prices to Amazon/Walmart, I realized this place isn’t worth the hassle. The prices are almost the same as their large warehouse competitors. Some items do not have price tags and this is a major issue because they will either override the price or they won’t sell you the product. Ross should not have items on the floor that are not for sale. This is false advertisement and a bad company policy.

  3. Very bad costumer service.never come back. I suggest don’t go this route is bad bad bad customer service people are so rude my experience is very bad I am not happy at all

  4. Line to the back of the store, only two SLOW registers open, people cutting in line, no self checkouts…not worth the $5 savings from where I normally stop due to the time wasted

    Pretty ghetto and unprofessional. An employee (cashier?) gets into an argument with a customer over the customer, looking through the cosmetic jewelry that was in a locked case. The customer got upset, put things in the basket back, and left the store. The another worker says something to the matter of she’s lucky “…because I don’t play with old people…”. Loss prevention guard chimes in. Not too many people in the store and this happens early (10:15am, 2/26/2023). Yesterday, the store was packed and no incidents during the hour I was there. I usually frequent the Los Colinas store, and stuff like this rarely happens. Not a good look.

    lady working the fitting rooms on 05/28/23 around 5:00pm opened the fitting room door on me while i was trying on some clothes and hit me in the back pretty hard . i’m 6 months pregnant and haven’t been able to move much since then .. wish i had the courage to say something at the time but i didn’t know i would get this bad . do you guys train your employees to open the doors on people? i mean you can clearly see people’s legs under there what are you doing aggressively swinging the fitting rooms door opened ? 😡

    While shopping I had to use restroom, the clerk said “there is no toilet tissue”, I had to go really bad, thank goodness I had tissue in my pocket. I asked why someone could not run to a nearby store this is an emergency, she just shrugged. This store has always been poorly managed; it’s dirty, disorganized with long checkout lines and understaffed. This is my last visit to this location.

    The checkout line is always long, but they have it down like Chick-fil-A. Haha. You will be through the line and on your way before you know it. I always find a deal here.

    The store itself has alot of nice options, yet that being said, it’s usually very messy. The employees always look miserable and everything is always out of place.
