  1. This one of the busiest store in Orlando, they could have more cashiers for the line to flow faster. The wait and fine is ridiculous, they should work on fixing that matter. They have a lot more variety in comparison to the other Ross stores. Be patient if you go this store.

  2. Great selection and great prices. Be aware of the check out line if u need to get in and get out this location won’t be for you. I always find things that I wasn’t even thinking on buying but bc it’s there I gotta grab it. Nice clothes options for everyone. I definitely will come back to spend another 3h just wondering around.

  3. Can you say stocked! Alot of nice dresses and luggage but the wait to cash out was almost 30 minutes..only 2 to 4 cashiers were available and the line was long to the back of the store. It was awful! Then when it was my turn I was walking up to the cashier and a lady cut in front of me and the cashier proceed to cash her..totally ignoring me and the injustice after I waited…

  4. The staff is always putting items back and hanging returned items while the lines are wrapped around the store. I know if you wait until late in the evening to start preparing the returns, it makes a late checkout for staff. Thus, they get home late once the store is closed. However, I saw staff on their cell phones and two others gathered laughing. Meanwhile, the line is long and customers waiting or leaving the store in complete aggrevation. Get off the phone staff and stop congregating and playing.

I was waiting for the changing room and one of the ladies organizing back there (dark green shirt, brown hair) said “Is she just going to stand there or is she going to hang her stuff on the pole?” She hadn’t even acknowledged I was there yet. If you hate your job, don’t take it out on the customers, and you probably shouldn’t talk about people where they can hear you.

    Store is well packed but is big mess … you need iron nerves and bag of patience to do a big digging. Many many brand discounted shoes, bags and clothing. Be prepared for a loooooong lines on a check out even on monday morning

    The dressing room attendants were awesome!! I found some great clothes. I love that they have a variety for plus sizes and larger shoe sizes.

    Customer service is awful, today was my last time going there. I understand that the prices are very nice and lower than other stores but its doesn’t mean they can treat you like a thrash person they are so rude. If someone need help they don’t do anything for you…
