  1. Interest rates horrific. No reason. My account is fine. But I am cancelling it on behalf of how they treated someone else. 30.6 % on an account that has been paid on steadily, never late. $12 a month interest. What? No issue before. Do not shop at Kohl’s. They are not honest or steadfast. I’ve shopped for years. Never again. Argued with manager, got hung up on twice. Will call in their employee id numbers to headquarters. Don’t think it will matter. Seems Kohl’s has gone dark side. Loved Kohl’s for years! They lost me forever. Join me in abandoning the charlatans! Haven’t you been taken advantage of long enough? Fight back! Just say no!

  2. Kohl’s can be hit & miss at times but today was a hit! I went in and found the perfect clutch purse for a wedding. The purse was already on sale plus I got an additional 20% off….felt like it was my lucky day. The Sephora inside & Amazon return area are just icing on the cake.

  3. Kohl’s has changed quite a bit over the last few years. They have quit carrying several products that were staple purchases for me in this store. I now order those from Amazon or Ulta. But on a positive note, they tend to have fairly good sales and with the use of their store card the extra discount at checkout helps to stay on budget.

  4. Wow I haven’t been to a Kohl’s store in quite a few months and they have made major changes again! They moved the seasonal stuff up front where one group of the cash registers used to be. Only checking out on one side of the store now. I must admit it’s a lot easier shopping throughout the store not so overcrowded with so many items anymore. A lot more organized!

  5. So I always shop here. I don’t care much for the mall anymore so I just buy all my clothes here for my entire family. Kohl’s sent me a coupon for my birthday. It was 15% off my total. I tried to use it but the arabic lady at the register wouldn’t let me. Argued with me that today wasn’t my birthday. I showed her my license she was super rude and didn’t care. Why send me a coupon to use on my birthday if your employees are going to be stupid and don’t let them use it. Also it expires today. I also asked for a manager and she told me she was the manager. Turns out she lied because after I left the store I found out she is just a cashier. Also her and her friend wearing the head cover were more interested in changing the price on a grandma sweater so they could purchase it. Last I checked that is stealing. So thanks for nothing.

    Okay Sharon Shannon was awesome she was friendly and knowledgeable and fast She assisted my mom with retrieving a jacket she left in the fitting room during closing time the dressing room associate was helpful and gave compliments on the items we were trying on I didn’t catch your name but she was beautiful older lady with her hair pulled back in a ponytail and glasses attached to her Kohl’s also had a good sale in the clearance area where you receive an additional 50% off the store was clean and organized we had a great experience

    Kohl’s offers a wide selection of clothing and apparel. They were offering a store wide selection on almost every department we visited. They seemed to be staffed appropriately and items were well stocked. The restrooms were adequately stocked and well kept. Associates were friendly and willing to meet the customers shopping needs.

    Prices have gone up in the past few months. Only has one check-out area now instead of two, probably due to staffing issues. Had to wait in line at 2:00 on a Tuesday; never had to before except during Christmas shopping. Will probably stay away from here during holidays for that reason. Larger women’s section than in the past is a very welcome upgrade. Still don’t like the Sephora stuck in the middle of the store blocking access and view to other departments.

    The store at 91st & Riverside is my go to for Xmas bargains. LOVE the 30% off coupons I get frequently. My favorite employee is “Barb”. She is a jewel!! Store is upgrading & it is looking g good.

    I would give a Golden star to Jessica at customer service! I was there over an hour and never once asked for assistance and seen more than 5 employees. Manager MOREN was rude.. not a people person.. implied I had NO Money and transaction was voided because my payment was declined.. NO MA’AM it wasn’t.. went to a sales associate and she was able to get the transaction done.. All because I didn’t have my card and had to do an account look up! People should not be in sales if they can’t treat people well!! MOREN is horrible!!
