  2. Girls at returns don’t listen and are nasty I told her I wanted a store credit so she puts it back on my card, I said why didn’t you put it on a store credit like I asked? She said “does it really matter?” I said just cancel the return she said it’s too late and you lost your 10$ kohls cash! The rug was 10$ so I left with no rug and they kept the 10$

  4. Returned items bought online went to customer service rudest csr I have ever had.
    Bought with CC and 100.00 Gift card. Refunded visa portion but only given 97.50 back in merchandise credit not 100.00 in gift cards. Lost money for returning items.

    I’m tall so I always look through the selection of big/tall clothing. It wasn’t very impressive. Only a few items were to my liking so I bought them. By contrast, the men’s section was chock full of different styles I liked. JC Penney does a much better job of big and tall.

    Store was so filthy and picked over. Clothes unorganized and thrown all over the place (In Men’s at least) and hard to find out what pricing was on things. It looked like a tornado had gone through the store. No help or assistance offered at all during visit and cashier was not friendly and seemed unhappy and it showed. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all.

    This store is always clean and well organized. I love walking in and seeing the floor so shiny and clean. The racks aren’t cramped together leaving you no room to walk through the section. I like the space they have between racks. It tells me they are thinking on giving the customer a good shopping experience by not filling every square foot of the business with merchandise. Every time I go there as soon as I opened the doors I get this good feeling about this place. Every single time.

    Took my wheelchair bound mother here. First, the handicap door did not work. Was told by an associate that it had not worked in a while. Also, the isle were not set up to handicap standards. Many of the aisles I could not get her down. It was very disappointing as she had a large gift card she received for Christmas she wanted to spend.
