  1. Sales associates were great, asked if I needed help, overheard them helping multiple customers. Store is average if well-stocked, bordering on cluttered. Very busy store at 9pm on Sat, plan to wait 15 to 30 minutes in line for a register.

  2. This place is great for me, bc as a single mother, I love to save where I can. My 7yr old wears out his clothes so fast and Ross makes it affordable to get him clothes as needed without spending a fortune. Plus I love their odds and ends for things like, cosmetics, home decor, luggage, handbags, shoes, and more! You name it, they’ve got it here!

The young lady Ava that helped me last night she navigated that line so well I noticed that no one came up there to help her until the last minute it’s not okay to have one sales associate ringing by herself when there is a line wrapped around there is no teamwork her manager came up after a while I have management under my belt also and I worked and retail and sales and customer service for along time her manager came up then helped after putting the go backs back I want to talk to her boss when working there needs to be help when needed there needs to be accountability that was not okay .we are all short staff everywhere I seen many people that work there working on the floor instead of Coming to help at ross out west I gave all 5 star because of Ava she was so sweet and kind my heart I understand how she felt when it was so busy and you are doing your best she was amazing at running through the line very humble .

    Pay attention when the cashiers check you out and check your receipts when you leave! They tried getting me for an extra $20 I caught it while they were in the store doing it what I didn’t catch was the additional charge on my receipt until I got home. The manager and corporate don’t care. I can only imagine how many people they do this to. I already knew I shouldn’t have shopped at the north omaha store.

    My wife and I came to Omaha to do some shopping and stopped here. This store was completely trashed when we came in. Literally dozens of hangers laying on the floor in each isle. Clothes were thrown randomly all over the place. This store should not have opened for customers in the condition it was in today…

    I rarely go to this location; today I tried to find a bargain or two. The store was horribly disorganized and unkept. The cashier blew her bubble gum as she rang up customers. When it was my turn, I noticed an earpiece in her ear. She touched her phone a couple of times as if to forward a song. Of course, I can’t be certain of that but I am certain I won’t be back for at least a year. It will take that amount of time for management to get a clue.

    Feel incredibly sorry for the employees of this store. (120th and L). Children running through the store, literally hanging on clothing racjs swinging,sitting on shelves, touching and taking itens iff shekves and thriwing it. God bless anyone who worjs here.
