What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. They are way understaffed. Store is super dirty, bottom escalators not working. All the security sensors on the shoes are going off continuously. Incredibly annoying. Only one till was open and we waited in line for an hour to checkout. Two other staff members were gathering hangers or putting items back on the shelves instead of helping customers. The line was 20 people long and many customers left because it wasn’t worth it. As you can see in the pictures no other tills open and big crowd. Good deals here but service was so terrible.

  2. I spent 80$ on my birthday I told ERLINDA the cashier it’s my birthday she didn’t say happy birthday she also didn’t want to give me a free bag I saw the Superviser JACKIE next to ERLINDA I told JACKIE that it’s my birthday can I get free bag she didn’t say happy birthday aswell JACKIE said to me she doesn’t care and I still couldn’t get a free bag. I told them I want a refund of all my items 😊✌️

  3. I really, really was impressed. I always thought of the store as being low budget, items nobody wanted or useless merch left over from the holidays. I had already shopped Macy’s,Nordstroms, footlocker, and several other stores looking for shoes. I was having no luck. I couldn’t even get anybody to help me in some stores, and others seemed over priced. I didn’t even plan to visit the store but it was on the way home. The people there were really nice and helpful. They directed me to the shoe department. They didn’t hound me. I didn’t feel watched and I didn’t feel deserted. I was so comfortable in being able to shop at my own pace, with no pressure, I was able to find a perfect size fitting, sporty brand looking, expressing ,”ME” pair of shoes.
    Thank you, ROSS

  4. The worst retail store experience on earth. For every employee who is actually working to check customers out, there are 1 or 2 “loss prevention” employees just standing around. I’m amazed that this store is still in business.

Also, don’t insult my intelligence. Limiting the number of customers is not for “my safety”. It’s for loss prevention and corporate greed.

  5. I can’t believe people have to line up outside and waits to get in. I found the selections was that nice or plentiful.

Always good discount, trendy items, good section of home goods and decor, well stocked up for upcoming holidays like hallowe’en, Easter, etc. , huge variety of shoes, women’s apparel, men’s apparel, accessories, bags, wallets, makeup, fragrances , toys, munchies, snacks, jewellery, watches, active wear, kids wear, infant wear and baby accessories, Highend brands as well, security is always hovering around, long cues as for maintaining crowd inside store, there is even an extra discount for senior citizens on Tuesday. Only one drawback that i felt is no restroom; may be due to security reasons. Long cues for billing, warm welcoming and helpful cashiers 👍🏻👍🏻

I love a bargain. Ross provides that bargain. I took my soon to be 10 year old niece to shop for her upcoming birthday. Kids are not easy to please, and this kid is really picky. She picked out 2 shoes. 2 tops a little purse and a couple of stuffies and I didn’t have to take out a loan.

I enjoy shopping at Ross because you can never know what “finds” there to be had. You probably can find something to fit your budget. There’s food items, shoes, clothing, bedding, linens, accessories, furniture, etc.

Pretty sure I had an item stolen from me while I was in the store and security wouldn’t help me at all with looking at the security footage.

Since they started regulating the number of customers allowed in the store at one time, it is much better. It forces the homeless junkie thieves to go elsewhere.
