  1. The Home Depot is like any other Home Depot. I found exactly what I was looking for and checked out quickly. What I don’t like about this store is the parking lot. It is a tight space to get in and out. If you have to load something on to a truck, it’s going to be tough. Otherwise, it’s okay.

  2. If I could give this Home Depot a zero I would as the staff members were not only rude, but also inconsiderate. I asked for assistance in buying a fridge and it appears the two Home Depot employees were ignoring my request for help. I asked them why the energy certificate rating was not conspicuously posted on the exterior of the fridge. The Home Depot employee stated that it is found in the inside of the fridge, which appears that they’re hiding it from the consumer. Later, I had to go to the manager to get help in which the manager appeared to be more polite. Other than the manager, the other employee(s) appeared not to know anything about the appliances. If you don’t know much about your product, then at least be polite to the customer.

  3. Best place to get your hardware and logistics items for your home. You’ll get anything and everything relating to gardening, cleaning, electrical, home appliances, bathroom, door, plumbing, woodworks and what not.

    The staff is very helpful to help you with finding any products and the arrangement of products in aisles and rows is very neat.

    The quality of products is topnotch and the return service is also hassle-free.

  4. If you plan to do any Saturday work, go to Home Depot Friday night. Be prepared to wait for help or check out. There’s 1 person working per section. Only 2 “cashiers” & self checkout half the registers are down. Some of the staff are welcoming and helpful otherwise, you are interrupting their day with any of your questions.

  5. Love diy projects, then this is the store to go to. Huge selection of so many item, beautiful plants. Great customer service. The lines do get long but you cant beat their prices n selections

    Context: I go there at least once every two weeks. – A little hard to get assistance from associates, compared to other Home Depot’s I’ve been to. Sometimes I’m told an associate familiar with the aisle will come to help me, but they never come. – the small items in the screws and electrical are almost always out of stock. – associates always have to scan my items at self-checkout, but I always feel rushed by them.

    This place was excellent they had what I was looking for the store is stocked with everything you can possibly need here and the staff all very helpful with whatever question or items your looking for they will give you the right directions to whatever your looking for believe me this store is huge if you haven’t been here before or a few times already I’d ask the people who work here where to go they will take you or gude you with the proper directions on where to go or you will be there for a very long time searching and walking all over to huge warehouse of a store if you want to save time ask for help if you wish to do it alone then by all means do so but good luck and may the force be with you.

    Waiting for customer assistance made my beard grow. Unbelievable how no one comes to the area where they are needed and when they do they have no idea what I’m looking for. Staff needs to re stock hourly. Lots of items in the rafters that no one can reach… No one to bring them down. Not one associate to help… Waiting 20 minutes now for someone in electrical. Terribly sad store tbh

    1 star for the illusion that I was in Emerald City due to the array of beautiful greenery.. However, the realization is that the staff is crass, and you’re basically on your own when it comes to finding what you need!

    Glad there is one in the city – convenient location and fairly big with upstairs and downstairs. Staff is friendly and will help you if you need to find something quick. Since I was wanted to be in / out quick, that’s what I did. Aisles are numbered. Besides the usual items, there are seasonal items as well. Nice little plant section downstairs. A lot of cool things I noticed and will have to come back when I have more time. Check out is easy too – can either go to a cashier or do self-checkout… If you forget to bring a shopping bag, you can purchase Home Depot re-usable one for $2+. they have it right as you head towards check out and the self check out counters…
