  1. The line was all the way to the back of the store and only 3 cashiers were working. Shoes were VERY unorganized and totally a safety risk. Clutter everywhere. Go to the one in Menifee if you absolutely need to “Dress for Less.” I took pics of the Chaos. Sunday, 8-18-2019. Where’s the management? You can do better?

  2. Ross has started to add more things now, Covid has slowed the way they do business, but it’s getting better now. So crowded on a weekday because of the stimulus checks 🤣 Happy shopping everyone & stay safe!!

  3. Yeah… That’s why I like it to make easy to reselling it from my internet. There a lots of everything are brand new and lots of hoarded it, Everybody has to get a buys It for a gifts, birthday, holidays, new employees dresses, out of night clubs and many more. I’ve buys it for make my excellent money from internet whenever I can reselling it because of it was worth items like a brand new items a stuff are soo cool it. Don’t ya believe it? If U selling from internet before U buy item from Ross store then U can reselling it to make 💰.

  4. I never find what I’m looking for but it is full of great stuff. It’s a big place. The employees there are very polite. I hope they’re getting noticed for their humble nature. That’s a plus, in my book. I hope they read this and request for Shelves

    I love shopping at all the Ross’ and this one is conveniently right next to the mall and next to my favorite nail shop. The only thing I do not like is there fitting rooms were extremely dirty. I don’t think they wipe it down in there. But besides that the prices are great the quality of clothes are great. I always find what I’m looking for and more.

    Very disappointed!! Came in to get a dog sweatshirt and found a Christmas one. I know it’s out of season. So I asked to get the seasonal discount. They insisted that I pay the full price because nobody marked it down. I understand trying to make a profit but don’t charge someone full price for something that is 3 months out of season. Big scamm!!!!!!

    As a broke girl this place isnt too bad, however the selection for xs clothing isnt very big per say as theres not a lot to pick from unlike the larger side. And the kids clothing is kind of outdated as well cuz i see summer clothing in spring.. Service isnt that bad I have a good experience with this kind lady working at the changing rooms! she even complimented how cute my clothing choice was, super nice lady. I was looking for perfumes and found this arianna grande thank u next perfume for a good price, after they opened the self check out lines buying ur clothes no longer takes forever. Plus the clothing here is cheap and affordable but some of them look a bit odd so its a real workout to find any trendy cute clothes. The bathrooms are kinda dirty.., my sister once found a dead roach in one once!😩

    I’ve been shopping in this branch for years, and staff are always suspicious? They have security and cameras to check on people? Why dont they use them? I find them very rude and uncomfortable questioning my things upon check out. I will start looking for another place to shop it’s just not make any sense spending $100’s of your hard earned money and steal!

    They need new dresses. I see the same old dresses from before Covid started in 2020, its now the end of 2022.. please get some new dresses. Clean the bathroom. The bathrooms & dressing rooms need a new remodel. The bathrooms are disgustingly unclean. The aisles should be spaced so we can get a shopping cart thru the aisles.
