Do not believe it’s directly the result of the great falls store however the delivery was contracted through NSD shipping, never heard of them, would be very concerned about utilizing them. Stated my delivery was completed when it was not. Home Depot has failed to take responsibility for who they contracted Services through. I would like to thank Bob in the lumber dept at Home Depot in Billings. My son recently moved to Billings and was assembling some cabinets purchased from a different retailer on line. 1 piece was missing, and I needed a short piece of 1×4 pine. I live in a different city in Montana and had no saw with me. A approached Bob with my needs, and he graciously offered to cut to length the 1×4. WOW, what a great guy. He was very pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. Bob is a middle aged gentleman with a beard ( in case there is more than 1 Bob in the lumber dept ). Thank you Bob for such great service. I was in the store 05-20. Again, THANK YOU BOB 😀
We bought a newly discounted ( regular $499.00) LP barbecue for only $150.00. They are running out of garden supplies very fast this year !!
The employees are rude! There were 14 people in line for 3 self checkout. They had employees in every isale. No one cared. Just go to Lowe’s and save the hassle.
