  1. I took my sister in for her appointment today, she was nervous, since this was her first time being at the ideal image in Reno. She spoke with the front desk receptionist Darlene, who helped my sister and made her feel comfortable about the procedure she was getting done and assured her the nurses that worked there were extremely professional. Once we sat down my sister told me she felt better and that Darlene calmed her nerves. Kudos to the nice staff at ideal image.👍🏼

  2. Everyone is FANTASTIC! Breana in particular, is AMAZING!!! Super sweet, professional, personable. The best technician I have ever had! She goes above and beyond! Made me feel super comfortable and makes sure I am doing okay, during the entire procedure. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for laser hair removal!

  3. I get bikini laser hair removal here, and the results are unmatched. I’ve tried other places and they are truly the best. I love my tech Brianna, she is so professional and easy going, which really takes the edge off for such an intimate procedure. Darlene has been at the front desk every time I come in and she is always polite and friendly. They give me reminder calls one week before my appointment without fail, which I definitely need. I love you guys, thank you for all you do!

  4. May Belle has been my technician for all but one of my treatments. She is AMAZING! She has really helped me through the treatments which she whips out as quick and thorough as possible. Christine did one of my treatments and she was also great! She got the job done quick and helped me remember to breath when I forgot 🤣. Cynthia and all of the ladies I’ve interacted with at the front desk helped me schedule my appointments and are really sweet! Everyone there is wonderful. And I’m SO thankful for the LACK of hair on my body thanks to them!

    Dr. Mortensen is the best. He’s very professional & thorough. His staff , Crosby & Cloe & the rest are great as well. I was scared when I went to my visit as I had a spot on my chest & was concerned. He always puts me at ease & explains what it is. I was very satisfied with my visit. I highly recommend him .

    Dr. Mortensen and Kyle are very knowledgeable and professional yet easy going. The office staff is so great and organized. We had a urgent need and they were very helpful and accommodating.     I recently changed doctors after a poor customer service experience with my Carson City-based dermatologist. The front office staff at Integrated were very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Mortensen was great. I did not feel rushed during my visit, he took the time to explain my care plan and next steps. Highly recommend!

    I would like to thank all the hard-working woman at Aesthetically Speaking. They are very clean friendly professional, and welcoming. They are all wonderful at what they do in many areas., but my favorite is Miss Elana, the way that she shapes my brows and fills them in Are immaculate. She is so well talented great at conversation it feels like I’ve known her for a while. and very friendly. Love This place won’t go anywhere but here! Highly recommend!!!

    Sierra does my lashes and she does an amazing job every time! I have been going to her for about 6 months now and I’ve never once experienced any issues.     I always have a great experience here! Alana is probably the most compassionate, down to earth business owner I have ever met! Not only does she treat her clients well, she treats her employees well. Happy employees deliver a better product, and it definitely shows here. Sarah has been doing my lashes for years and they always come out flawless. When Sarah was out, Ashley did my lashes….flawless. Alana has also done my lashes….flawless.
