  3. The owner was so hospitable over the phone and even more nice and professional, in person! It was a busy Saturday night. He pulled out extra chairs for us to sit. Now onto WINTER. She kept us updated constantly as to what was going on. Such a sweet, professional, and upbeat person. She did the best piercing for us that we’re already planning our next trip back! Our new go to place for piercings and tattoos. YOU’RE THE BEST WINTER!

    My boyfriend & I got piercings here (for me, a helix, for him, a septum). Our piercer was Billy and he was wonderful! 🙂 His manner was very calm and put us at ease. We’d heard septum piercings can hurt but my bf said it was very quick and not bad at all! Billy was wonderful and communicative, and made us feel taken care of. He was very quick with my own piercing and it hardly hurt at all. Will definitely consider using this business again in the future. Highly recommend.

    I went in today with my friend and we both were pierced by Billy. I got a nose piercing and a traditional labret, he was so friendly and quick. I appreciate that he talked through every step, even though I’ve had my nose and lip pierced before his talking really put me at ease. I absolutely love how they came out, he lined them up perfectly. Really great piercing experience overall:) You can tell he is genuinely a kind person too, I can’t wait to come back to him for my next piercing. Thank you Billy!

    I went in to get my daiths pierced, and my piercer was phenomenal! He talked me through the entire process and was very thorough in his after care instructions. I shared my experience with my daughter, who is considering a nose piercing. I highly recommend the services of my piercer, Billy. The staff of the store, in general, were extremely helpful, professional, and patient.

    Awesome place! Went in there today to get a replacement piercing bc I’d lost one. Billy helped me with finding the right size (only knew my German size) and even put the new piercings in. He was so nice and laid back. Big shout out to the entire team and especially Billy!!

    I was very hesitant to use a spa for my tattoo removal, but from the moment I had my conference call with video with Kathy I felt comfortable, upon arrival for my appointment I was greeted with smiling faces, the lady who checked me in was very informative and professional, I apologize I can’t remember the name, my appointment was at 10:45 on 5/12/2022, please acknowledge this woman who was more than helpful, upon entering the room Samantha was very informative and made me feel comfortable and explained everything including the machine which I found fascinating. The lobby was very inviting and comfortable with a modern decor. I will definitely be back for my future appointments for the tattoo removal. Thanks again!!

    I’ve been to Flawless for 6 treatments of laser hair removal (full face) and I’ve had an excellent experience. I chose Flawless because in my consultation, Catherine gave me grounded, realistic information about the spa and service without using the manipulative hard-sell tactics that certain other companies utilized. I am so glad I trusted my instincts. The most important element is the staff; Michelle at the front desk always greeted me with a smile, and even though I only came in for a few minutes every four weeks, she was greeting me by name by the second appointment. My technicians Jackie and Isabel are highly competent, knowledgeable, and patient, and were a delight to work with. Jackie especially, being my technician for the first four sessions, was instrumental to my experience, both in helping my nerves as well as in educating me on the process, results, and aftercare. Jackie helped me feel very comfortable and enthusiastic about sticking with the process and I can’t express my gratitude enough. Overall, the whole staff was so friendly and upbeat that I’m actually looking forward to any touch-ups I might get (although right now it looks like I might not need them!). My results have been fantastic: my facial hair is almost entirely gone, and as a result my self confidence and just overall quality of life has gone way up. I don’t really need to shave my face, with the exception of some spot-checking every few days or so, and even that has been less and less of an issue. There are, as expected, still some very light, blond hairs that the laser just isn’t going to get, but that is so minor compared to what I was dealing with before that it’s barely worth bringing up. I have practically zero concerns about getting a 5 o’clock shadow anymore, something which used to really challenge me on longer work days, and in addition, my pores and overall face looks much better! I use less makeup, I wear masks less often, and it’s far easier for me to feel really good about the way I look. As a trans person in a public-facing job, it’s very easy to get self-conscious and uncomfortable about my appearance; thanks to Flawless, that is a much smaller concern, and I feel better about going out in public in general, not to mention in my professional and social spheres. Michelle is always at the front desk greeting every client with the best energy and the biggest smile. Jackie is super talented at botox placement — I always get so many compliments after seeing her. Sam is incredible at laser hair removal and makes each session go by quickly! Jason is a pro and an artist when it comes to lips.     I have used Flawless for botox since the opening of this Med Spa. I leave there feeling great. From the moment you walk in Michelle greets you with a joyful smile.
