  1. Just got my first tattoo from Conner at Elysium and ID couldn’t be happier with the results. The shop is very clean and hygienic. Conner and the other employees were both professional and friendly. This was a very positive experience. I got a Sailor Jerry style butterfly on memory of my mother and the results were better than the picture I sent in. Conner is alexcellent at shading

  2. Connor was my tattoo artist and did an amazing job! He tattooed my leg with a tattoo my dad got right before I was born and I wanted a matching one. He also touched up my Freddy Krueger tattoo that was fading a little bit and made the blood stand out from the red in the flames and look more realistic. He did not disappoint. He’s a very nice guy who had a conversation with me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable! I will be coming back for another tattoo with him! 5/5 stars!

  3. This place is great, nice staff. Forgot the name of the girl who did my nose but she was very nice. I have a couple of piercings so when she was explaining aftercare she mostly informed my friend and did not talk down or belittle me at all when giving the information which I very much appreciated. For the tattoo Marcus did it for me, it looks amazing and I love it. He did his best to help me and my friend relax as much as we could during the process, had a nice old conversation and was just very nice throughout the entire thing. I can’t wait for my appointment later today for the rest of the tattoos I couldn’t get done that day!

  4. Caroline pierced my bellybutton today and she did an amazing job! I was super nervous going in, but all of the staff was super kind and helpful. The environment was also very clean, which made me feel a lot better. Caroline did a great job explaining the process and after care. I had zero pain and it looks great! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting their bellybutton pierced!

  5. The staff here was very friendly, just a few small things that would make me not come back unfortunately. The lady at the front desk was super nice! My friend and I came on Friday for the buy one get one free piercings. The placement of my piercings are wonderful! Exactly what I wanted, however the piercer I had just had an extremely hard hand. I got my 3rd and 4th helix piercing that day and let me just say it hurt!! I have a very high pain tolerance and have had 2 helix piercings before and they never hurt that bad. It also has been 5 days since I got it pierced and my whole ear is still bruised pink/blue. Of course, a little bit of bruising is normal but I have never had that happen before, especially not this bad. Again, nothing personal, the piercer was very friendly and sweet along with the other staff. The other things is I was reading a lot of reviews today and Elysium had replied to a lot saying they always discuss pricing before you even sign/step back to get your work done. This is not true, we never were told how much the piercings would be. The only price I was told was if you pick a different jewelry it would be an extra $10. Partially my fault, I definitely should have asked beforehand but just wanted to state that they don’t talk with you about that beforehand like they state in some of the responses.

    Needless to say, I am very happy with my piercings and they seem to be healing well but definitely hurt way more than usual and me and my friend especially paid way more than expected.

    Good shop! Just not for me:)

    My second tattoo was a on-the-whim decision with respect to timing but it’s been an idea I have had in mind for awhile, especially in today’s dating / work / general life climate. I went to two other artists who couldn’t bring my vision to life. However, Kayla at Tattoo Bills got the job done & got it done right. The scheduling beforehand made me feel comfortable with the location. Kenny was professional, patient & kind on the phone as well as his emails. He worked hard to consider his employees’ calendars as well as my time (visiting from out of town). When I arrived, they allowed my best friend to bring her kids and we went with Kayla. Kayla was equally as patient & kind when hearing my concerns & wants for my tattoo. She also did not make me feel judged for wanting to see the tattoo in different sizes or even when I wanted to call & tell my mom before I got it (that’s just our relationship). At that point, I felt more than comfortable sitting in her chair and allowing her to do my tattoo. Can’t wait to go back for my next one! And maybe even for a touch up on this one because maybe the one heart should be a little larger 😉 Thank you, Tattoo Bill’s!

    Best shop around! Kenny is a wonderful owner! Very personable, funny, and a straight shooter! He goes above and beyond for his clientele. He hires the best artist. My artist Jasmine is amazing! Her colors are like no other! Sometimes you have to wait a little while to get in and can be a bit more pricey than other studios, but if you’re going to live with something on your body for the rest of your life, do t you want the best!? For smaller tats and if your early enough I think they may have some walk in appointments available.

    I so far have had 3 removal sessions on my sternum and the experience with Frank and all the staff here has been awesome! Having a tattoo removed from this area is painful but Frank is so kind and personable the session goes by very smoothly. He is very accommodating with his scheduling and pricing. It’s best not to have any expectations when getting a removal done as it takes time and there are different factors that all play into the removal process that he will go over with you. If you are thinking about getting a tattoo removed check this place out. You won’t regret it!

    I like this place and I love their piercer guy Russell for sure. He’s the best at what he does! But this place is the DMV of tattoos/piercings when it comes to wait times. Even when I made an appointment I was still made to wait an extra 30 minutes. Without an appointment you’re looking at an hour or more. Don’t come here unless you have all day.

    Was in town for the weekend and was wanting to get a small tattoo without making an appointment. Met Eric at Concord Ink Tattoo and he was beyond helpful! Great guy with an even better skillset. Eric helped me with choosing which style tattoo would look best on me without just trying to make some quick cash. He ensures the work done is top notch and that what the customer is getting not only looks good but is perfect for each individual.     Need a fantastic piercer, go see Eric!! I have had A TON of piercings done by numerous people and never have I had any done as good, fast and painless as the ones Eric did for me!!!     Milk and biscuits Sunday. I walked into the shop after an extremely difficult 24 hours that ended with my shower puff getting caught in my lady bits. Naturally, the first opportunity I had to remove the fragments of the puff I googled shops near me. I first went to a shop that said they didn’t have a piercing person. Then I googled the next shop and found this place. Walked in explained my delicate situation and Eric was there to save the day. So I got on the table and the puff fragments were gone. Now embarrassed, because I told this story to someone I decided to get my breast Re-pierced. Eric was super professional with humor and sarcasm to top it off which made me feel comfortable and far less embarrassed. He was also working with an apprentice and he carefully explained the procedure while performing my piercing. I would definitely recommend this shop and return for more services! Thank you for taking care of my milk and biscuits!
