I wanted to get a small tattoo for my 41st birthday, and I came in close to closing time, and they accommodated me. The check-in staff was knowledgeable and helped me determine the best placement for my small tattoo. They advised against me getting it in a place that wouldn’t fair well over time, and I appreciate their customer service. Cory had me in and out of his chair in about 20 mins and invited me back to make this design more unique after it healed. The whole experience was highly professional, and everyone in the shop went the extra mile! I had been on the fence for years about getting a tattoo because I was terrified! I wanted a floral piece in watercolor on my ankle and the top of my foot. Hart & Huntington made the whole process easy from beginning to end! I scheduled my appointment with Austin and he was amazing! He was so kind throughout the whole process! He answered all my hundreds of questions…like I said earlier….I was terrified, and made me feel comfortable during the 3 hours work. He took his time and the end result is stunning! It is absolutely beautiful! Austin is an incredibly talented artist! I have had so many compliments on my tattoo, and it is not even healed completely! I highly recommend Austin and all the artists at Hart and Huntington to anyone that is thinking of getting a tattoo! They were great from start to finish. We designed my tattoo, they drew it out graphically and printed it out to make sure I would like it and gave me exactly what I wanted. The establishment is very clean and I felt safe with all the sterile materials used. They sent me home with a kit to make sure I could take care of my tattoo. The treatment to remove my tattoo was nearly pain free without the use of any topical medicines. This was very different from prior treatments to remove the tattoo in the 1990’s by a different facility. I found Mr. Moran to be thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the treatment. I also enjoyed conversing with him regarding a variety of topics. I am on my fourth treatment and this last one I had done I had the pleasure of having Vinny do my laser hair removal procedure! And I will ask for him every time now he was amazing, communicated with me the whole time was so welcoming and he made sure he covered EVERY INCH of the area which was a first for me I took a couple minutes longer than the rest of my appointment but I’d trade that for perfection anytime!! So if you chose ideal image I 100% recommended Vinny!
Hi–I don’t usually leave negative reviews (usually a great one or nothing at all) & I’m not sure if this is the right place to leave this review; however this is the office at which I was treated, so it feels appropriate. There were a handful of time where the receptionists were not very attentive, but it didn’t bother me a ton because my nurses were awesome. I completed my treatment earlier this year, and at my last session I asked the receptionist to verify that my Lifetime Guarantee was paid for so that I could return if I have additional hair growth. The receptionist responds with a confirming “yes, you are covered.” I don’t think twice about it since that’s all I needed to hear. Today I called because I noticed additional hair growth and was greeted by a male whose voice was flat and cold (worked at home as I was told). I inquired about my Lifetime guarantee and he told me that I had not paid for it and was not covered in a very condescending tone. At this point I was confused (rightfully so) because though I paid for the service in 2020 in full, a different employee had told me the complete opposite. He was passively rude and not at all understanding about my confusion on the matter and kept saying “I’m looking at the screen and you did not pay for it, so there’s really nothing I can do for you.” After a bit of back & forth he offered $100 off the guarantee but that’s not what I was looking for. As a customer, I was obviously frustrated and the frustration was not at all managed or mitigated by the service personnel. I completely understood what was being explained to me but there was still confusion from my perspective, which he failed to see. I am not a confrontational or argumentative person, but I did not feel taken care of as a person or customer in this scenario. I would have gladly and proactively paid for the guarantee in full 2x (even if I had paid before) if I had a different customer experience. I wish there was another office in Nashville to receive treatment because I don’t even feel comfortable being service here anymore.
I got lip filler for the first time with Morgan S. and I will never go to another nurse! She answered all my questions, heard my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Not to mention she did a fantastic job!! I wanted a more natural look and she nailed it. I will definitely be booking again with Morgan!!
My technician today was Kelly and she’s awesome, but frankly you can’t miss, I’ve had 5 different technicians and everyone here, from reception to finish, has been wonderful and extremely accommodating. As a Transgender person, I really appreciate their welcoming attitude. Highly recommend.
I had the best experience for my very 1st time stepping outside of my comfort bubble! I’ve wanted to try laser hair removal for the longest time and finally took the plunge!
