Wish they had touchless but the good thing is that I believe they filter out their water pretty well, so no dirty water scratches. The dual entrances are curved and somewhat narrow, so if you have a long vehicle, you may want to go elsewhere. Sometimes they just spray something on it and windshield still is dirty after wash. Otherwise enjoy this car wash.

2 months agoAs much as I hate self car washes, this was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is they barely give you any time to wash a vehicle to start and you have to keep swiping your card to add more time which really gets costly for a self service wash. It also makes you feel very rushed when it’s timed.Overall pretty decent wash though.
3 months agoOMG I cannot believe how expensive “do it yourself car wash” has become, It’s $4 every single time you swipe your credit card and you have to use a credit card. Every 2 minutes they want you to keep adding time by pushing a button and that charges you another $2 another $2 another $2. I think I spent $20 to wash my car. In the old days I used to use these do-it-yourself car washes and was able to wash my whole car for $3. I don’t think their worth it anymore. You should just get out a bucket, soap, a rag, your hose and wash it your self!!a year agoPros: everything works and each individual station takes debit/credit card which allows for faster service. Areas are regularly cleaned including the surrounding parking lot.Con: There are no signs stating not to occupy the car wash while occupying the vacuum station. Everyone is under the impression that if you are using one you are entitled to the other when you are ready. Some customers need the car washing station and some need to vacuum, no one car needs both at the same time.
To finish, this isn’t all of the time ofcourse. During the busy months some just need to wash their car. I’m sure this was a rare situation.
2 years agoThis is a very bad washing machine. The machine took me with payment for me (my money) and did not want to turn on (not working). The money takes it and does not react. I called the support service on different phone numbers, but they do not communicate with customers (no compelled). I left paid money and did not receive any service! I’m not happy with this service! I gave money and the car was not washed. Troubleshoot your hardware!a year agoMy daughter buys the monthly wash pass for Brown Bear. So i decided to go to Brown Bear to wash my car today for the first time. I always thought they were a drive-thru car wash so I was pleasantly surprised to see self-serve. The signs were easy to read. The bays were clean and working. I got my car in, no wait. Must have got there at the right time, the place was hopping after I pulled in. Vacuums worked, wish they would have sucked harder, but they did the job. Haa. Instructions were easy to read. Even for me, I usually like to go in and read signs after the fact! Hahaa… you can pay cash (turn cash into tokens), or use your card, and push the green button to add time. I mean really, it was easy. I got in and out of there pretty easy. It’s in a good location. I wish I would have known about this place earlier. I think I’ll be going there from now on.

Touchless Bay 2 was down today so there were a few cars in line for Bay 1. Figure four minutes per car. The 12 minute wait was worth it for the great wash!
My car was washed. I selected the best wash ($13.00) because it was dirty. Afterwards, it was a bit cleaner but there were still spots and dirt that remained. Would I do it again? No. The vacuum cleaners weren’t working either. ????
Touchless wash does a decent job. Has a creepy vibe after dusk with flickering lights ????. Vacuum are not very powerful. Cards sometimes don’t work to get coins out. Place is dirty. Needs new management!
I wash my cars they’re everyday it’s a great place to keep your whip nice and shiny and if you ever need a rag or some extra soap just come over and ask me because I guarantee you I will be there
Would give zero, lights flickering, lost a dollar because the vacumes are not maintained and had ZERO suction. Other vacumes were missing hoses. Avoid at all cost owner obviously don’t not care enough to maintain the place
