From the moment I drove in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They took great care of my car, ensuring it was spotless both inside and out. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I couldn’t find a single water spot or streak on my vehicle. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was quick. 4 months agoFirst time every going to this particular location. Everyone seem to be nice. But when I got in my car and drove off I notice the door jam was vacuumed out neither were inside the door jams wiped out after asking if they could do so also never the shift gear changer wasn’t either. I never experienced this from any other sparkling image. May have to take my service elsewhere.in the last weekOmg what an amazing pleasant attention and great service I got from Roy the manager at sparkling image Car wash and Mobil gas station! Be SMART: DONT PAY $35 for DE-FAIL! 😳#Service-BASURA- ELLA TIENE = NO INTEGRITY! 1st there’s only 3 people detailing the car. I should have known something was not right when they “cleaned it” in 20 minutes There was sand under the seats. THEY DID *NOT* EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN: •the console • the cup holder • the dashboard •the door panel above and below • windshield – still HAS water spots on it •the window seals on all window • the driver vanity mirror •NO AIR FRESHENER!!!

2 years agoDon’t be fooled by the well-kept exterior. Their mid-range ‘Pressure’ wash ($12) left patches of road dust throughout the exterior and failed to remove both bird droppings and freshly fallen fruit from a black olive tree. Have gotten better results from the less expensive ‘Basic Wash’ at the older, not-as-pretty car wash closer to home. Only stopped here because I’d thought that a more modern car wash facility would boast a better wash. This was clearly not the case. (The road dust isn’t as easily visible as everything else.)a year agoI’m so happy with how Jako went above and beyond to help me today. He is very knowledgeable and happy to help. He seems to really enjoy what he does. He is very honest and will figure out the best solution for your car. I had paint splatter on my car and he took it off. He went above and beyond with helping me with some scratches as well. Will be coming back for sure.3 years agoI’ve been here before and had a really good results. But I ran my truck through the wash today and it left behind a lot of soap and dirt. Will try again but if it keeps leaving dirt I won’t be back11 months agoThis car wash truly has disappointed me and I will not be returning again. There’s multiple cheap car wash options all of which I believe none will be sufficient enough to clean the car to the desire that a consumer such as myself would like. Once you get out of the wash it self, you notice all the watermarks and the residue that it leaves on the car. The car itself doesn’t actually get washed which makes sense as to why they have all those options because they don’t really do anything. Also , when it comes to the vacuuming of the car, the suction that those vacuums have is a joke, the suction is so poor the amount of dirt left behind is ridiculous.Not to mention the inconvenience on how humongous the head of the vacuum machine is so you can’t really even get into the crevices of your car like you should be able to let alone the Matt cleaner sucks . The amount of dirt left behind shows how dirty the machine is and it needs to be cleaned throughout the day, clearly that won’t be happening anytime soon. So Definitely would not recommend you come here and waste your money as well as your time . Please save your car and drive in the other direction from this establishment if you appreciate your vehicle 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

My first time here yesterday for a wash because my SUV really needed it especially the rims. I didn’t expect much to help the rims from road grime but I was super surprised that they cleaned up really well! I paid for the second tier $20 and I am pleased with the outcome. I will be back.
I went to them after a friend referred me and it was the worst job I’ve seen!! The young kid has no idea what it means to detail a car. He left my rims dirty and barely vacuumed inside!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially after paying $53 + $10 tip to the kid😡😡😡 I’ve got pics of what I’m stating!!!
Prices are good & the place is easy to use. One star down cause I did pay extra to have them dry and vacuum the inside of my car, but I think the girl was training, and the effort was not there. The other employer doing the car next to mine, he did go above and beyond, and I wish he was the one who cleaned my car. I will come back though because overall I am satisfied
Let’s me realistic, I paid 79 dollars and the before and after are amazing. I didn’t expect a full recovery clean. This is way better than I thought it would be. Definitely plan on coming back for my front seats.
I’ve been going to Busy Bee for years and never had a problem. I was always happy with their employees (most of them are friendly), but had a bad experience yesterday. Waiting at the fast lane for a while, the car in front of me wanted to back up suddenly and almost hit me. So I honked, rolled my window down and asked the employee what was going on. She started screaming at me to back up, which I did, very slowly since I had another car behind me. Then suddenly she screamed in a very nasty tone to move forward. When I asked her what was wrong and why she was screaming, she kept on yelling at me and my passenger to have patience, move it, move it. Last not least yelling ” have a nice day” about 7 times in a very sarcastic manner. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, does management not train their employees to treat all clients with respect? I went to complain to the manager who apologized, but after this encounter, I will cancel my membership and take my business to another car wash.
