a month agoHad a great experience at Tommy’s. My car was extra dirty after a road trip with lots of dirt roads. There was a bit of dirt left after the wash but Javen had me run through again and even got me signed up for a membership promotion they were running. Thanks for the great service!3 years agoI was so excited to visit this location. Well I pulled up to the window and was almost turned away because of my roof rack I was disappointed…. it’s a pretty standard one so I was extremely disappointed to be told I could not wash my car. After I explained I run my car thru all car washes in the area with it on they said ok you can go Thur this time but for future you have to remove it. Well definitely not going to remove the rack of my roof every time I need a wash. I’ll just go to any other car wash that does not give me grief for it. It is disappointing as a high number of cars in NWA will have roof racks due to areas high nature interest! Going to be loosing lots of business if that is a requirement!3 years agoHighly recommend! From start to finish, this is a fun and fast experience with great quality. Even though there was a line, we were in and out quickly and even stopped to use the free vacuums. our truck is looking fantastic for a reasonable price. I highly recommend if you are in the area.4 months agoThey have started to slack off on the chemicals used to make their upgraded washes better. I had the top tier membership (best wash) and noticed that after the wash my paint, although clean to the eye, when you run your fingers over it is very dry and clingy. This is from lack of wax in the wash. If you had a microfiber towel, you would actually feel it tug at the fibers. For those that care to, run down to the zips on W Sunset and get their top wash. You will definitely see the rainbow now missing at Tommy’s and after the wash when your car is dry, run your fingers over your paint, it is soft and smooth. That’s from the spray on waxes and protectants they put in their upper end washes. We went to Iowa last year and there was an older Tommy’s wash there, same thing. No rainbow, dry clingy paint. Once they get their membership up to a certain point, they start reeling back on those chemicals because they are expensive and if the people aren’t paying attention and don’t say anything then why not?So if you wash here just go with the basic or +1 wash because you’re not getting what makes their advanced washes better than the entry level washes. You’re just paying more for the entry level wash.

2 months agoWe stopped in To get our car washed and when we came out the other end, it has several scratches about the same high all Down the driver’s side. We brought it to the manager’s attention. They Did A incendent report And told us to file it with our insurance it wasn’t their problem. I will never use them again. I’m attaching pictures of our car.2 months agoThe West Sunset Location has went to fairly good to aeful.. The attendent use to use power washer on front, windshield, left side, rear and every once in a while right side (about 20% of the time). Now you get no pre-power wash for the last 5 times. the big power bruch on left side has been broke for about a month and a half.You have to much competition in this area to offer such sloppy or no service..
a year agoUpdate: to the owner. I am from more north Arkansas and was passing through and stopped for this service. Customers should not have to take an extra step to check after a wash, the expectation is the car is clean now that I’ve gone thru the autowash. My review was intended to spark a conversation on your end as to why they only sprayed HALF the vehicle before the autowash. I’d also comment that the spinners in the wash didn’t even touch the vehicle, and that could be the issue. My wife noticed that part and said she’d never seen spinners do “so little.” Room for improvement.This is what they call clean? Well… I think not! Terrible service. Fella spraying the soap wash on before the rolling car wash part, only sprayed the driver side!! Two other associates were just standing nearby and chatting, apparently they get paid to chat. Slackers! Waste of $15 and never again. Only took 2 pictures but be known the whole car looks this bad
6 months agoDillon always has a smile on his face when i pull up to the wash, always greets me with the best customer service and attitude. i will never go anywhere else! if i could give this place more stars i would!! 10/10 highly recommend6 months agoI absolutely love Zips but I especially go out of my way to visit this one because I always have such a good experience. This location runs so smoothly no doubt because of it’s leadership. Dillon, the store manager is one of the best managers I’ve ever met.

I personally like the $35 monthly unlimited wash, plus free vacuums. It’s a great value if you like to keep your ride looking nice. Of course, like with most auto washes, if you have real stuck on grime, you may have to run it through twice to get it good and clean. Over all, I really like ZIPS.
Nice employees mostly but the owners REALLY need to take better care of the place or train the employees better on it! A blonde lady (manager?) is usually doing some type of work.???? Machine is usually having issues when checking in, vacuums clogged regularly & the wash itself shutsdown while you’re halfway through.????
Was in the area and decided to run through the wash. I have club membership which allows me to use it unlimited times a month. Tamara was working at the entrance and her smile definitely lights up the place. Wash was excellent. The vacuums are very strong (which is a good thing) but be careful not to get anything you don’t want to lose close to the nozzle. Towels were provided for wiping down which is a nice touch. Very friendly staff, quality wash.
Not complaining about the strength of the vacuums. Loved the fact that they picked up all the dirt.
It’s becoming a standard at Zips that the attendant who is responsible for washing off the bugs merely puts water on the car and is not interested in doing their job, if there even is one. I waited several minutes before the person at the entrance gate had to come over and do it as she had no idea where her helper was, which was the case today when my wife went. Due to a meeting, she had to leave without getting the car washed. Another major issue is that there is always a piece of equipment that is not functioning, so your not getting the complete wash you paid for.
I originally left 5 stars but changed it to 1 because the car wash damaged my car and they refused any liability. They make it challenging to cancel your membership. Other members of my household also had this issue. The staff onsite are great but corporate was not. Avoid this one and wait for the new one that is going in down the street.
