a week agoI come out all the way from Daly City to the Fremont Autopia, because Marcos the Site Manager, makes damn sure, Everything is perfect for every customer. The emphasis on great customer service is outstanding. If it’s not done right the first time ( Which is very rare) they make sure your extremely satisfied before you drive off! Marcos thanks for always delivering the best service possible!4 months agoIt’s just complete garbage of a job. The car is still extremely dirty all they do is light fast vacuuming don’t spend your money here when anyone can do a better job by themselves. I have also in the past paid almost $300 for their seat cleaning and all the for was wet the seats because the stains never went away these photos don’t do it justice under the seats is worst and in the sides just terrible for $35 when gas stations charge $2 for their vacuumsa year agoHad my car cleaned first time here. Got multi layer wax package. It was done in 1/2 hr. It was done very well. However I still found some spots on seat 💺. My seat was black, so lighter spots show promptly. a month agoI go there often, because they have a great automated car-wash machine with multiple cleaning programs you can choose from, that seems to do a good job, without damaging your car for a change.Keep in mind that when you exit the machine, there will be two worker drying your car by hands, which is super nice. And also be sure to prepare a little tip for them as well.
The 10mn free vacuum area is nice too, and the vacuum have a strong suction and get the job done quickly. They even have an area where you can clip your floor-mat to clean them properly.

Would not return.6 months agoI really enjoy going here to get my car washed. They wet it and pre-wash it before you drive it through the wash. They also hand you a moist wipe in a sealed package that you can use to wipe down the inside of the vehicle as well. After it’s been washed you can drive it over to the vacuum area there’s two different types of vacuum heads to be able to clean your car as well as an air hose to get all of the extra water out of those little nook and cranny areas on the car. The place is very clean and the people are very friendly. I like it so much that I did a monthly subscription and I’m very happy with the results. Wash itself is decent, better than many other car wash services
Although it is expensive, $45 for an external machine wash + dry and internal vacuum is good. But there is basically no difference in 40$ and 45$ wash, I paid 45$ for rainx and other extra protection but when the car goes inside the machine no one checks which package you have bought, so everyone gets the extra protection for which I paid extra. So next time save yourself those 5$ and go for a 40$ wash.
There was some dirt that wasn’t completely cleaned below the seats but overall it is a good wash. Try to go on weekdays at odd times for a better experience maybe, when I went at lunch time it was crowded and maybe they were doing quick washes.
We paid $115 for full detailing but it’s still dirty especially the outside this picture is right after the car wash. We are very disappointed. Not worth it.
This is the best carwash I’ve been to. Besides the quality, management is very organized. I’ve brought all my vehicles here after trying them out once. The Yellow headlights gone. Ask for their extra services. They have even helped me by removing some scratches I didn’t know were removable!! I would say the crew definitely works above expectations!
