  1. Really the only thing I can complain about is parking. You have one assigned spot, and if you have a second car, it’s a free for all. If you get home after 6p, chances are you’ll have to circle a few times to find parking no where near your unit. We don’t even bother trying to have local guests over. It’s embarrassing having them drive in circles. This was probably the main reason we moved. That, combined with a 9% rent hike after 1yr. Was able to find a larger townhome, attached garage, larger patio, with a dedicated laundry room in a gated community for less than my original lease term. Value seems to be inflated in this community.

    Staff & maintenance are quick, courteous, and accommodating. So many hot tubs. I don’t think we even saw them all over the last year. Neighbors were great. Be sure to take advantage of all concerts at lake mission Viejo, and of the membership in general. You’re already paying for it.

  2. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve lived here 2 years and they changed management 8 months ago and nobody is ever available. People steal your parking spots all the time and management doesn’t do anything! Very noisy neighbors, and construction is a huge problem. UPDATE WE HAVE A LEAK IN OUR APARTMENT AND THERE’S WATER EVERYWHERE!

  5. I recently visited Vista Del Lago Apartments for a tour and was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable on the property. Unfortunately I did want a garage so I did not sign with this community but the leasing office recommended some sister complexes to check out! Over all very satisfied with my experience.

    Life is Good! Moving to Reata Glen is one of the best decisions I have ever made. When I became a widow, I did not want to live alone in our large home. I looked at a variety of retirement facilities, and when I visited the Reata Glen community I knew this was where I belong. There are so many activities it is difficult to decide what to choose. The meals are delicious. Safety and medical care the best. I am grateful for the cheerful and helpful staff who made my move so painless. The residents are a nice combination of couples and singles. Everyone is friendly and it has been easy to make friends. The three-step plan is what ultimately made me decide to move here- independent, assisted, and memory care. My children will not need to worry about me when I no longer am able to live independently- Life at Reata Glen is good!

    Living in Oceanside, we looked throughout San Diego and Orange Counties and found that Reata Glen offered the best choices and accommodations. We love the beautiful surroundings and ambience. Nestled in the foothills of South Orange County there are such lovely views. We especially like the lookout below our home with its 180-degree mountain view. We are so happy with our home, and with all South Orange County has to offer. We are kept very, very, busy with the numerous activities that Reata Glen has planned. With several restaurants there are many food choices, and it is prepared excellently. The health benefits offer great peace of mind as we look towards the future

    Our daughter found Reata Glen and really encouraged us to take a look. We were surprised to find all that the Reata Glen community has to offer. Moving in to Reata Glen was a difficult decision but we felt it was the best choice to ensure that we were both taken care of in the future. The activities are immense, the staff tries so hard to include anything people would like. However, the best part is the people who we have met, they have been so inclusive and welcoming. There is no shortage of people to have dinner with, and we so enjoy the great social life we now have. This has been a great decision.

    I considered options for retired living but was not motivated to act until I learned about Reata Glen. I attended a presentation at a big hotel in Palm Desert near my home and then a visit, my family included. Here was everything I needed. Location, near my family, perfect climate, beautiful buildings, and apartments, a great staff, kind friendly caring people. A bonus for me too, I have always felt that learning is a lifelong pursuit- and I feel that Reata Glen offers an environment to do just that.

    Ready Glen is an incredible place for the right people. The residents are amazing. They are friendly and supportive people. The employees are wonderful. They care about the residents. The Director, Suzanne, is professional. We were “pioneers” at the retirement community. We lived there for 2 1/2 years before moving out. Their current advertising campaign says “Reata Glen- where your nest egg is protected! ” HOLY COW! We LOST more than $300,000 upon moving out of Reata Glen a year ago. This campaign slogan is 100% misleading and should be illegal. Feel free to IM us and we will happily discuss our experience living at Reata Glen -both the upside- and there is a lot of great stuff and the downside.

    I absolutely LOVE living here having moved into Adagio about a year ago. It really is resort living. From the beautiful state of the art amenities to the super friendly staff and attentive maintenance crew as well, it’s not just a beautiful apartment complex the people really care about the residents. I highly recommend touring yourself and seeing it!

    It’s been several weeks already as management shut down the heating in the pool and jacuzzi. The worst is that they don’t care about the issues, they just mark residents requests as done, not actually fixing problems. The comfortable hot tub water temperature should be in the range of 100°F-102°F. Good temperature for a pool should be between 77-82°F. During the day it’s 10°F less than comfortable temperature, as you see from the photos and temperature is even less at night. That makes pool and jacuzzi not usable, but I still paying rent as I would use them. Other residents I spoke also very confused about cold pool and jacuzzi.

    Before I moved in manager Terry showed me and said they have charge station for EV in building1 where I looked the apt. But after I moved and got EV I could not charge my car because they give some personal code for charging, also they take additional monthly payment for that. So they have just 5 spots for the whole building1 and just 5 people got this code and can charge their cars. Somehow she forgot to tell me about this before I’ve moved in. Besides, it took 4 days to get this information. I wrote 2 emails (which they left without response), I came to leasing office and called. Each time they said they’ll reach me out to give a code, but they never contacted me back. So I had to come to the office again to get this info above mentioned. All they can do is to add me the waiting list. I think it’s absurd to have a charger in your building, not having possibility to actually charge your car. The way as management responding before you move in and after is huge difference. I’m very disappointed with the experience like that.

    Living here has been a wonderful experience. The apartment has state of the Art appliances, a patio, 2 Jacuzzis & swimming pools, 2 gyms in our building. The grounds are nicely maintained. If you have pets, they’re allowed. The Manager, staff & maintance team are friendly & professional. We have been here for 7 years. We plan to stay for more! Highly recommend.

    Adogio on the Green is a great place to call home. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and only had 2 resent maintenance request. They were handled so quickly & Efficiently from the first contact with the Office. When Edward showed up I instantly felt comfortable, because I have said hello and seen Edward almost every morning. He is always so pleasant offering his help. The work was completed quickly & perfectly. Thanks again Edward 🤗
