- Reviews:I was previously here for 2 years then moved back to my house. Stayed there for 2 years before I realized I couldn’t keep up with the cleaning and yard work. I decided to sell my house and move back to Windlands since I had been here and knew staff and had friends. Was that a big mistake! I have wanted to move out after 2 months. Staff was unhappy and 4 good people left. We lost rides to doctor visits, and for groceries. Housekeeping went to 1 time a month. Meals consisted of lunch meat, dry bread, and stale chips. All these service’s in our contract not being held to yet our rent went UP! I am finally old enough to qualify. Love the quiet, and private atmosphere. Beautiful grounds and views of Nashville. So close to all our doctors! Activities for those who like that sort of thing, or privacy for others who don’t. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Well managed. Every year the management seems to make changes that help ensure we all have a pleasant and safe environment to call “home”. We visited on Nov 26 and when I stepped out of my car, I was in awe. When I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the concierge, I was so impressed. We then met with with Director of Sales and Marketing and she was so kind and took her time with my parents. We are so thankful for Clarendale and are happy to be moving our parents into their place. Anyone who is blessed to live at Clarendale will live their best life.
The Clarendale has saved my dad’s life! He was in a rough nursing home situation. I called Leslie and asked her if it was possible to do a same day move in from out of town. Her and Andrea moved mountains to get my dad in immediately! They both stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of. He has been there for about 2 weeks now. The staff is phenomenal! Top notch! I feel so blessed everyday! I know that my dad is in the best of hands!
The team at Clarendale is friendly, professional and so welcoming. They made my Mom’s move to independent living as seamless as possible. The facility is clean and beautiful, and everyone has gone out of their way to be kind and offer help. We are so thankful for this place!

The administrative team is passionately dedicated to helping seniors thrive while also safeguarding their independence. Each time we are in the building, it further clarifies what a unique community they have created and what a wonderful fellowship of friends reside there. It is a family friendly environment and offers a variety daily opportunities for residents to engage in. The location allows residents to be close to most anything they could need. This community is definitely one to put at the top of your list.
My Mom and brother lived at Clarendale for 1.5 years and loved their time there. We first contacted Leslie who helped us find the perfect living situation for them. Leslie is compassionate, kind and professional. She guided us through the process with ease and truly has a heart for her work and the residents at Clarendale. It is a beautiful, clean and comfortable environment that provides so many amenities. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and pharmacies and the transportation they provide makes everything so easy. Many activities are offered throughout the day. Dining is both delicious and an opportunity to socialize with friends. We give our experience with Clarendale a five star review.
