  1. This place was amazing it literally changed my life and that’s no joke. I went in there with no expectations and left with my endorphins in overload due to the fact that just a simple cleaning brought back a smile that I thought I’d never have again. Dr C., It’s not only a phenomenal dentist he’s basically a magician how he was able to stick a needle in my gums without me even noticing the small poke he said I’d feel was just mind blowing. Not only that he has a phenomenal staff that was assisting him throughout the procedure and the way they worked was like a finely tuned machine it was amazing. Every little bit of anxiety and discomfort I had was gone after I seen just how professional they actually were. Nobody’s making me make this and I don’t normally go out of my way to do this kind of thing but it was the least I could do compared to what they did for me. I think the coolest part was how the staff knew how I was feeling when I walked in they could since my anxiety instead of ignoring me they walks me through the process step by step which made me feel a lot better and I’m pretty sure I was one of the last patients of the day, I can’t count how many times I’ve been impatient at a doctor’s office or a dentist office scenario and was treated rudely just because I was the last patient and they were tired but that definitely didn’t take place here. I’ll never go anywhere else.

  2. Despite having one office staff to run the place. She did above and beyond to get my 2 boys registered updated insurance and paperwork completed. She single handley made phone calls, checked other ppl in, and answered questions I had while scheduling my other 3 kids future appointments. The staff was polite and professional.

  3. JEN at the front was incredibly kind, helpful and very informative. She listened to my concerns even though she was extremely busy and the only one in the front. The other young lady KELSI that works up front was so helpful and friendly as well. All the new staff are super nice, they listen and are easy to talk to.

  4. My first visit was amazing! I was pleasantly surprised from being to end. I got in early for my appt and I never felt rushed. I am really grateful that I got in for an emergency reason and that I now have a great dental office!

    So I was a former client of the Harrisburg office which was a nightmare! The staff were horrible the customer service was so bad and the work done was damaging! Given this I had a few consultations else where and it wasn’t what I imagined my dental provider to be. So with reconsideration I tried a different Dental Dreams (York) and let me tell you… this ladies exceeded all expectations! I was a bit worried when I called and couldn’t get through so I stopped by and noticed Jen was in the office with multiple patients, and in each interaction it was soooo personable while handling multiple things at once. I think I even asked her if she was or became overwhelmed reassuring me she was ten yeared and knows the ropes which clearly she did. The exam I had scheduled for my daughter and I online was dated extremely far out in my error, instantly when I explained my situation she found room with in a weeks time to get my daughter and I seen! At our next appointment we were super excited to see Jen again (of course due to the personalized experience) but it was her day off none the less the ladies from behind the counter to the dental assistants & the dentist himself were AMAZING! They took their time comforted my daughter & myself while having some laughs and feeling even better after leaving! If I could give 10 stars I would! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly dentist! All dental dreams offices should mimic this location complete night and day from my experience in Harrisburg!

    This was my first time there and everyone was so nice. I loved the layout of the office. Very cozy and clean. Dr. Myers was awesome and so was her assistant. I think her name was Ashley. I am glad I found a dentist I feel comfortable with. I have an extreme fear of dentists and they all made me very comfortable.

    Being a new patient I was nervous about going somewhere different after having my previous dentist for 11 years. My mind was immediately put to rest from the exceptional service, as soon as I walked through the door. I found my new Dentist. Dr. Myers and her staff are amazing with total professionalism. I love them already.

    Oh my gosh, West York Dental Care was wonderful. Nicole at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable. John was organized and caring as he took X-rays and assisted Dr. Dr. Was gentle and caring and knew how to help me out with my dental needs. Clean and aesthetically appealing office too.

    Very friendly staff. Lauren was excellent and Dr. Myers was very helpful in trying to find the most cost friendly approach to getting a crown replaced that had work out. Definitely recommend this place! My wife and two kids will also be coming.

    I also work in healthcare so i take reviews of other medical professionals with a grain of salt as they are one sided and not usually what’s actually going on. Having said that I was incredibly nervous after reading all the reviews, but they are in network and really the only local office accepting new patients. The staff were honestly amazing. All the assistants from beginning to end on both my visits were kind, compassionate, understanding and professional. In particular there was a new girl, Amy I think, who was awesome. Did her best to talk me through and calm my nerves. I had very little wait time and felt like i was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I’ll definitely make this my regular office.

    The staff were friendly, but it took me 2.5 hours for what I thought would be a cleaning but was just a first time consultation. Then they make you either pay upfront for the dental work you need (they said I have 11 cavities that need filled, but I don’t think they’re all deep enough to need filled) or sign up for a credit card that will charge you before you even get the work done (I didn’t have dental insurance). I’m getting a second opinion and trying to get out of the card before they charge me for work I am not getting done.

    I’m not usually one to leave reviews, especially negative, but I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience. My daughter is 1.5 and we scheduled her first dental appointment about two months out over the phone. They asked for her dob, name, very standard information. Two days before our appointment they called to “reschedule” our appointment. I missed the original call and attempted to call back SIX times over the span of the two days and the receptionist never ONCE answered (mind you I called during regular business hours at various times throughout the day). So we show up in the day of our appointment, arrived early, and waited for over fifteen minutes in the waiting room. Mind you, I have two children under two so waiting for any extended amount of time is difficult enough with a toddler. Finally, the receptionist called me up to the front and told me that the doctor DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY CHILD UNDER 10 years old. I literally SIGNED IN with her DOB which is clearly 2021 and the receptionist or any other employee did not even have the curtesy to say something then. I wasted forty five minutes of my morning only for an appointment that never was going to occur in the first place. I also overheard an elderly woman who was also waiting in the waiting room with me get turned away to “reschedule”. Her husband stated this is the second time it had happened to them by this dentist in the span of two weeks. For this being my first dental experience for my child I am appalled and my daughter now has to wait another several months to find an opening at a different (definitely not Aspen) dentist. Thank you Aspen Dental for not even reviewing the paperwork of your clients or effectively communicating, I am truly disappointed.

    The absolute WORST dental practice I have ever been to. I scheduled a dental cleaning in October 2022 and it has been cancelled 4 times. I had an appointment scheduled today and was not provided an email or call to inform me that my appointment was canceled. I would advise anyone to choose another location. Do not waste your time. Huge thumbs down!

    Went in for what I thought was to be all my filling done today. I was brought back and they gave me a gel to numb the right side explaining they were working on that side only today. After an hour and the numbing had warn off the doctor came in and I pointed out that the left side has a broken tooth that needs filled. It took an additional 20 minutes for the doctor to decide that, yes that is more important. The tooth was fixed and I was rushed out the door saying they’d do the other small right side cavities next time. I don’t have another appointment scheduled for filings, just cleaning and at this point I’m not sure I want to go back for them either.
