  1. By far my favorite Tattoo/Piercing spot in Virginia Beach. The team is so professional and talented. The minute you walk in they are super welcoming. I love the esthetics of the studio. They know how to move walk-ins pretty fast too.

    Upon first impressions, the studio is very well decorated and laid out inside. They really thought of every single detail of the studio. Every artist has their own room. All the rooms have huge barn doors. The artist gets to decorate their own rooms. In the back is huge drawing room for the artist with access to several restrooms. In the front there is a public computer for people to search for designs. There is also ample amount of seating inside and outside.

    My husband and I did walk-ins for ring finger tattoos. They really get walk-ins moving quickly so you won’t be waiting long. The minute I walked in there were 6 people ahead of me but they were able to give me an estimated time frame and put me in the system so that they could text me when they were ready for me. I was able to leave the studio and still keep my place in line. They estimated 2 hours so the minute I came back I got my text which was really on point.

    Chipi was an experienced artist new to the studio. He drafted up my vision and it really matched what I was envisioning. He was very professional, very cool to talk to and his work was on point.

    While I was waiting for my husband to get his tattoo, I watched them quickly get folks in and out. I was able to talk to the front desk and ask about piercing and such and they were so nice and informative all while having clients.

    I love this studio I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else but here.

  2. I was fortunate enough to get a piece done here last week and I had an amazing experience. All of the staff is very helpful and genuinely kind. Walking in, you can just tell that the vibe is right and that you’re in good hands. Everything is well decorated, clean, and just downright cool. I was looking to get a relatively large tattoo on my arm, so I set up a consultation appointment with Michael. We spent some time going over what I was looking for and scheduling the tattoo appointment. When I came in to get the tattoo done, we spent a while making sure the stencil was exactly in the right place and that the piece would be exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated the attention to detail and care from not only Michael, but other artists in the shop that were happy to stop by and check in. When tattooing, Michael was engaging and very personable making me feel as comfortable as possible. He ended up staying quite a bit later than we both expected and on the day before Thanksgiving! Even days later, checking in on the healing process. I could not recommend this shop more. From beginning to end, the best experience I’ve had getting a tattoo done so far.

  3. Wow wow wow!! Got recommended this place by a friend. We came in as walkins this Sunday and received not only incredible tattoos but wonderful service. Everyone was so accommodating welcoming and kind. They had beverages and clean amenities and the space was so cozy and really well decorated. Tommy ray did my tattoo and did a spectacular job! He helped with placement and personalized it so that it was even better than I imagined. He helped make my experience so comfortable and I had a lovely conversation while getting my tattoo. I would recommend this place to anyone and I’ll definitely be going back.

  4. I just got my nosed pierced there. The staff was lovely and patient because I was very nervous. They helped me find the perfect stud and even anodized it so it would be the color I wanted (gold). The piercing itself was quick and almost painless. I’ve had zero issues and no pain and I’m really happy.

  5. Amazing!!! Kristy was so awesome and easy going with giving my son and I piercings. Their inclusive atmosphere and phenomenal staff who literally helped me pick out the most meaningful earring, was the kindest I’ve ever met. Bravo to having such a warm hug feeling the second you walk in the door. Tattoos and piercings don’t scare me. People with closed minds and hateful attitudes do.

    This place is horrible and seems primarily concerned with making money. My “old” plan offered a lower price, but the tech refused to honor the lower price. Additionally, the plan that was sold to me in 2022, was for two BASIC facials every month–peels and other deep cleaning requires more money. The workers at the front desks are always pushing new products & services onto clients. I do not recommend this business.

    OMG my lady, goodness I forgot her name but walked me through each part of the process. She also made me feel so comfortable and was super informative about all the procedures. I didn’t feel much pain. And she told me all the steps to see improvement on my tummy.

    I was rather pleased with the facility and the staff. Your business model is set up nicely and you are offering great deals to build your clientele base. I would advise taking down the 2 gifts allowed after initial Groupon because your business does not allow gifts. I was personally declined from use. It was rather disappointing honestly because after I pay off my account at Ideal Image I was going to transfer services to you guys.

    The staff here are so nice and cute! I felt right at home. The lady in yellow was adorable. It was like talking to an old friend. The piercer herself was probably the best I’ve ever been to. Not only was she decked out in the coolest piercings and most beautiful jewelry- but she was super friendly and walked me through every step of the process. She got out new sanitized parts in front of me which made me feel safe. She also had angel baby hands LOL really gentle. I got my nostril pierced at the JANAF location in 2016 and my septum pierced a few days ago at the Chesapeake location. I even got a lollipop for doing good after my piercing haha! 10/10. I just wish I knew what size my 16g septum ring is so that I can find other jewelry for when it heals. I think it’s 8mm

    Simply the best! Between my daughter and I, we have 13 piercings. The last 5 were done by Jessica. She is AMAZING! My daughter had an industrial done somewhere else that just would not heal (well over a year). Jessica told us exactly what to do and it healed w/in two weeks. She is incredibly knowledgeable and, importantly, honest when she consults on piercings. Everyone we have interacted with at the shop with have just been awesome. Whether it’s your first piercing or you are a veteran, this is the place and Jessica is your professional!

    My 10 year old son got his ears pierced by Jessica. She did fabulous. She explained everything she did before she did it and walked him through all of it step by step. Plus the price was very reasonable compared to other options in the area. Highly recommend!

    Amber was very patient with me even though I’m incredibly indecisive. She helped pick out jewelry and even customed the color of a set to make it match. Jamie changed out my existing piercings and pierced my fourth lobe. I’ll be back for future piercings and jewelry.
