Expect this to be a common sight if you want to try new beers: them putting ones not in the system away and telling you that you can’t buy them. This happens almost every time I try to have something new, so I usually pick two. This time, I was told I could purchase neither.
This has happened to me at least a dozen times. I’ve tried talking to managers, but they are not interested in fixing the issue.
Buy your groceries here, sure, but get your beer somewhere else or you’ll be disappointed and annoyed.
One time I shopped here after picking up a few items at DG store. Have been to this location only 3 times since Jan 2017. The Kroger was well-organized and the floors were clean in the 3 aisles I went down. The produce section was well-stocked, a good selection of frozen products. The men’s restroom had soap in the dispenser, the urinal and the sinks were clean. Easy self-checkout process.
The shelves are always stocked and organized. The staff is so friendly—especially Amanda! She was nicest and FASTEST cashier I’ve ever met.
They have a plastic bag recycling program that is just inside the doors. This store is well maintained and clean.
The staff are very friendly and most of the time they have everything we go shopping for. We have recently started using the grocery pick up and there have been 2 different times we have gotten our groceries and they got some things wrong but other then that the grocery pick up has been a life saver
