This Kroger is the absolute worst. The inventory and stocking is terrible, the layout doesn’t make sense and the staff are rude and apathetic. I have tried to place a pick up order once a week for the last month, and every time it is not ready when I arrive at the SCHEDULED pick up time. I have not been informed prior to arriving that it will be late or delayed, and am not told until I pull into the parking lot. Why do they allow customers to choose a pick up window if they do not have the staff or inventory to fill the order at that time? The pick up shouldn’t be offered if the store cannot manage to fill the orders.
Standard Kroger for all your grocery needs ! I love to shop here when I walk the nearby walking bridge !
This is my favorite Kroger to go to bc it’s closeish. Although, in the past 3 weeks I have heard from 2 other people (not including myself) that they’ve had a bad experience with the employees being rude to them for some unprovoked reason. Listen, I get it. Okay? As a person who also worked & works in customer service, I can confirm, it gets exhausting, especially when some (maybe even a lot) of the customers are being Karens about everything—BUT BRO, you shouldn’t roll your eyes at people for asking you to do your job? Like…NONE of us are happy rn, Jonathan, ok? We all are going to go home after working a 9-5 job living in our own personal hells but save the attitude for the people who are being actually rude instead of someone who is just buying groceries at 7pm on a Thursday.
Quick in and out though I was confused about the lights on one of the sets of open self-checkouts weren’t on. They were all off on the self-checkout near the floral department and I wasn’t sure if it was closing or not.
Adequate for a grocery store.
Better staffing lately.
