- Reviews:Today I experienced the worst customer service from Indian girl. Normally the staff there is very friendly and nice. She told me she got sore throat. But i feel is not an excuse to treat your customer badly with a manner …she dont have to say much but the stared and body language said it all. Thank God SS 19 have a few phamarcy. Their service is very good and efficient. Staff named, Muven is very polite and knowledgeable too, he gives good explanation on my health test and help to find the supplement i need. Really helping in terms of giving advice regarding medical requirement as well as medication. The pricing wise, for me it is a little bit expensive probably the owner already catered for the rent as this place. Parking space is quite limited so it is advisable to give to this place by using grab it public transportation.By SIRAJUDDIN (a year ago)I dare say they offer the cheapest on most pharmaceutical goods sold out there. It’s our go to place to stock up on supplies even though we live quite a distance solely coz we have good relations with the staff working there so we can get personal advise whenever we need via phone. Great customer service! Staffs are very professional and friendly and will go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. The staffs are always friendly and helpful! Thanks for the truly excellent care! And now they are expanding to next door to keep even more variety of goods! BIG Pharmacy is really a one-stop solution!
Always my go to pharmacy to msg when I can’t make it out to get my supplies. Courteous staff and always willing to answer all my queries. Ease in making payment online too! Keep up the good work!
Love the Taipan and Bangsar outlet as they are prompt in attending to my orders and queries. Medications are available at very reasonable prices hence I even recommend my friends and patients to purchase medications from them. Pharmacists and the pharmacy assistants are very polite and helpful too at these 2 particular outlets except for one bad experience I had where the pharmacist who attended to me not only entertained a customer who came after me, he also was very rude despite it being his fault for not looking properly for my order. Kept questioning me like as though I was making up a story that I had pre-ordered my medications and only zipped up after I showed the messages. Luckily another colleague of his looked for it properly and apologised on behalf of his colleague. However I wouldn’t let this one experience spoil my overall image of this branch. The other branches should learn from these 2 branches.

I gave a 5 star rating 2 years ago because I liked their pharmacist. But not after bumped to a different one. My mum only wanted Hialid eye drop but there was one lady, who we believed to be a pharmacist, kept pushing her for another brand while we were certainly not interested. We only want to grab and go. Hey, please don’t be a pharmacist, plenty of job for sales girls that give you good commission. Advice to all big pharmacists these days. Not going back.
