Always find what I need, always see stuff I don’t need but want (or else it makes me laugh/think).
Honestly, this was the BESTTT TARGET i been to thus far. They were fully staffed – to actually working & Friendly. The store is huge & clean. I was amazed and over whelmed with the amount of stocked items they had, literally every section was fully stocked & nicely organized. From the beginning when i walked i knew this was going to be an enjoyable experience, i smelled Pizza Hut & Starbucks. Overall, i was overly impressed with the service & in general the atmosphere. i love it here. My new shopping location.
No one was available to help me find and unlock a product, besides a security guard who communicated he neither had the resources or walkie to call someone over to the Beauty department. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone with a key. Due to the disorganization of the products and signs, I couldn’t tell which price tag corresponded to what product. I asked Brenda, who unlocked the case, and she said she didn’t know the price. I asked her where to find specific products I was looking for and she said if I don’t see it then they don’t have it. I asked her how could I figure out the pricing for the selection they did have out and her reply was simply “I don’t know. You need to find someone with a gun to check. I have other things to do” and walked away. I found Brenda to be extremely rude in her tone and actions. I asked another employee for help as well as for a manger to immediately communicate my experience. I traveled behind him as he approached a group of employees. When he communicated a guest needed to speak to a manager over by Beauty, they all laughed as the manager on duty, Aiza (spell-check, black woman, dark skin, 5’7”) sighed and jokingly displayed irritation, before realizing I was the customer. While I’m sure nothing will be done that’ll motivate these individuals to correct their actions with guests, I found it still important to communicate my experience. To top things off, all of the items I was looking for, that Brenda said wasn’t in stock, showed that it was available at the location for order pick-up.
This Target is huge! It’s also clean, and.many of the staff are very helpful. My 2 negatives are: they often don’t have enough registers open. AND there have been a number of times when the price I was charged at the register was much higher than the price on the shelf was. (And I know how to read a shelf tag.)
This location is a hit a miss depending when you go. Either it’s a good day and it’s fully stoked or it’s a bad week because everything you might need is out. Try to avoid rush hours lines because they will be insanely long. If your target member remember to check wallet for any coupons valid for your shopping needs. Also remember to price match saving do count. Be kind to staff they are dealing with a lot of mentally ill patrons on a daily and honestly kindness goes a long way.
