  1. This location is farther away than the Havertown location but I love this location! The employees are friendly, as well as the young girl cashier I had today 12-13-22, the store still has that Mom and Pop vibe that I really can appreciate and even though the store is on the smaller side they really get a nice selection of holiday items that are definitely gift shop quality, The Christmas section was impressive even though it’s late in the season. I will definitely be back!

  2. Want to acknowledge Dan, Tara, Richard, and Grant on a job well done! Also the cashiers whose names I don’t have. The cashiers are always great as well. Bought a mower and chainsaw. Their knowledge made the process easy. They assembled the mower and chainsaw on the spot. Not many stores has employees like Snyder Ace Hardware. Professional courteous, they go above and beyond! 🙌🏽

  4. Fantastic experience. I miss stores that have not only the inventory for the small things I needed for a shut off valve replacement in my basement but also the experience to help me out as I’m doing this for the first time. And 15 minutes I went in figuring out what I thought I needed and was helped to show that I was actually not going in the right direction and the guys there took the time to understand the job I was trying to do, show me what needed to be done and provided me with the right pieces. I’m sure someone more experience define what they need and get out more quickly than me, but I think it goes to show you that stopping by here and talking to them and asking for help you will not only get 30 item that you need but you’ll learn a little bit too. Again I miss having local stores that are this well stocked and trains. If you’re looking for a run in and grab something and you know you want great they have it if you’re looking for someone that can also help you make sure you get what you need. They’ve got that too. Can’t say enough nice things about it.

    I was missing the feeling of the old kind of hardware store in the neighborhood when I moved to the US. Not anymore since I moved close to this ACE hardware. The manage Lauren is great. She helped me big time with a plumbing question. They will have my business from now on for sure.

    An excellent store where I was able to get keys made with no issues and help was right there and ready even asking me if I needed help rather than making me hunt them down. The old-fashioned hardware store is alive and well and the home Depot retail outlet is now something I avoid…

    I like this place better when it was True Value Hardware. Since they have changed over to Pax I am not finding the products I need in the store. They don’t offer the same services either, example: change my car key batteries or sharpen your knives. The prices are higher than what you can pay for at Walmart. I am now traveling to Hockessin, De to go to the True Value Hardware there to get my knives sharpen. I wish they didn’t change over, they were a good place.😞
