  1. This is a really cool store with a family vibe.

    I went in to get my iPhone fixed and everyone was really engaging and happy. I was asked if I needed help by each employee.

    It seems like they have a huge range of things from plumbing supplies, to door knobs and locks, to pet supplies and cleaning supplies. The store isn’t huge but it is full and well stocked. This is a great neighborhood store.

  3. Been around for as long as I can remember. Whatever you’re looking for, they’ve got it. Very helpful and friendly employees. AND free popcorn while you shop! They even have a cat that resides in the store.

  4. Came in for a set screw, found the right size but all that particular size of screws that was on the floor were rusted out . I notified a employee and ask if there is anymore in there inventory because I’m not about to buy a rusted screw. Without even bothering to check , he claim everything he has is on the floor. Even if that’s true , are you serious? You guys don’t keep extra to restock ? What bothers me is that this guy didn’t even bother to address the rusted set of screws that I show him , it’s just placed back on the shelf. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time here.

  5. Place was packed, I was picking up an online order. Took me 30 minutes. Customer service needs improvement, all the way up to the corporate level. After calling a number attached to the email and getting mined for consumer information, instead being connected to customer service representative. I was not happy at all. Predatory practices, I reported to corporate, they said they would investigate this experience. I doubt they will. I am bummed, I’ve
    Ace but it’s gone downhill.

    This is probably the best ACE Hardware store in the city, which is troubling to say given that most of them are really great! Fully stocked with very helpful and knowledgeable associates. I’ve been here several times now, including my visit yesterday, and always walk out with what I need and it gets the job done. The experience is what I’ve come to expect every time.     Wow! Full-service hardware store with friendly, extremely helpful employees! Plus two fat, happy and friendly cats! They go out of their way to assist you and always greet you when you enter. Love this store!

    I love this place! Granted it’s not menards but that’s the good thing, it’s not menards. If I need a hammer ace has a hammer, If I need a screwdriver set, ace has a screwdriver set. Most of the time the employees will walk you to where the thing is or if they are busy they know what aisle what row so I’m not wandering around for 45 minutes looking for something (like menards). Granted if I need lumber, I’m all about menards but ace is where I get all the tools, nails, screws, glue, tape etc to put that lumber together. 5 of 5 stars.
