  2. Went 2 return 3way lightbulbs for a 4 pack of 60 watts. Sales associate,”Matt” helped me with explanation of what the properties of each bulb provided. They have a display showing the colors of each choice. Daylight is the best for me, no yellow cast. Thanks again,Matt.

Bought a Milwaukee combo set was sent all over the place and told to pay more money than the cable stapler for my free battery then the lady acted like I didn’t wanna pay and I explained I already had she said it was canceled while I was driving there even though the one in Cary called both stores are at fault I went from 245 dollars to 350 and they tried saying they couldn’t cancel my order. Absolute hot garbage wasting 4 hours of my day

    A big thank you to Sarah helping me with Blinds install. In the past month I had called several times and spoke with several employees all of who were not helpful and never followed up. Sarah was the only one to follow through with superior customer service! Resulting in me placing my order with Homedepot instead of somewhere else.

    After several attempts to get ahold of the prodesk someone finally picked up and didnt even say hello- she immediately put me on hold. Waited on hold for about 30mins before she finally picked up JUST TO TELL ME THAT THAT STORE NO LONGER ALLOWS PHONE SALES. I was trying to place a small order for pickup for a crew (3-2x4x10s)- I wanted to pre-pay so they could be in- and out quickly. My company’s main store to shop at is the Fuquay store. No other Home Depot does this. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The lady at pro said I had to either run to the store to place the order or place the order online which i had to do….. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would give 0 stars if i could

    I purchased a range and microwave and the delivery guys were just delivering the microwave not installing. As he went to sit it on counter he dropped it and broke off my cabinet door. 14 days later nothing. They sell and install cabinets, just send your installers to repair. They want me to jump through hoops
