  1. Employees are more interested in socializing amongst themselves or using their phones than providing customer service. Don’t bother asking for assistance as you will be met with annoyed faces and complete lack of knowledge of products and location in the store. Save yourself time order online for pick up or go to a business where customer service is still provided and knowledge is valued.

  2. We were down the aisle where the dish soap and paper towels are. I had a question, there was an employee with an orange hat and vest on. We called for him several times while trying to catch up to him. “Sir,sir can you help us? Sir… Once he turned the corner we stopped. Someone must be racist and it isn’t the little old white lady. I never did get my questioned answered. Then we needed to find an extension cord and a very nice employee walked me right over to them and made some suggestions as to which one was best for my needs. I had forgotten to ask him about the question I had on the price of the dish soap I wanted.

  3. Appreciated the assistance we got in selecting the treatments we needed for our yard. The employee helping us is very knowledgeable about the various types and applications. They also explained that for us in great detail

  4. Worst store ever someone forgot to train them on customer service. Do not order anything for delivery I’ve been trying to get my order delivered that is prepaid for 3 weeks. Then after 3 times of scheduling the delivery they don’t show up and no phone calls to explain now I have to pay my crew to pick up this large order that should have been delivered 3 weeks ago. Thanks Home Depot I will NEVER come back

  5. My review is gonna be short and simple.
    I bought a washer on 5/12 and it was supposed to be delivered on 5/18 it was delayed 2 times, the last time they delayed it was supposed to be delivered on 5/30. I went to the store to cancel the order and nobody knew what to do because the one from the store could have been delivered in 7 days it was ordered 2 weeks earlier. It makes no sense, the lady on the customer service side gave us an attitude because I asked her to cancel my order after like 1h of waiting she decided to cancel it!
    My order was canceled on 5/20 and I was supposed to get a refund 3-4 days after…. Today is 5/31 and no money has been refunded to my account. 0 customer service, 0 ethics, 0 responsibility and 0 chance of me recommending this homedepot to anyone. A true disaster

    Great service. Opens up at 6:00 a.m. so you can get her done. Got this beautiful aloe plant and it’s not too chilly out but my cashier offered to staple it closed in a brown paper bag to keep the temperature even. That’s service. I found everything else I needed

    Had what I needed in stock with better selection and pricing than Amazon. I needed some pressure washer accessories and Amazon was a morass of low quality Chinese products I couldn’t begin to sort through or take a chance on. At Home Depot I could choose from DeWalt, Ryobi etc., granted, manufactured offshore (Thailand), but at least under brand control. I used the product I purchased today and it worked wonderfully. It also had the three nozzle feature I needed whereas nothing on Amazon had less than four nozzles.

    This place is a hot mess. Clearly no supervision and very little employee training. I realize that we’re in this post-covid time and people still don’t want to work, but this Home Depot needs leadership. I ordered online for a curbside pickup. The item was not ready after 11 hours. They didn’t even have it pulled from the back room storage. After an hour waiting, we chose to return the next day. Again, curbside wasn’t working so we entered and waited in line for a half hour with many employees clearly just stumbling around without a mission. Eventually my order showed up and both big boxes were smashed. I obviously refused the order and asked for another one. After another half hour, we were out the door. The staff who were actually working were totally overwhelmed and the only ones holding this operation in business. My recommendation would be to order from a different store. 👎

    This is my neighborhood big box hardware store. I shop online and have my order waiting in the store to be picked up, but first I wander the aisles with my granddaughter, she loves helping me with projects around the house. On my last visit, I was helped getting a sheet of plywood into the truck by a nice young man, cheerful to help.
