  1. Update Please Read & BEWARE
    Clean up needed. One fitting room open. The rest of the rooms are locked. HIGH STACKS & Piles of clothing everywhere. Dangerous.

    Refunded a pickup not picked up bc I was out of state for emergency & 4 weeks later took out of my bank account without notification. I’m disputing it. I’m tired of shopping here. How dare you?!

  2. Went there for up to date, larger sizes. We found them, but the clothing bis we’re in disarray and completely mixed within the styles. We had to look through all stacks to find a few pair that fit. I’m please with their customer service and marketing deals. We use our Kohl’s card to get extra discounts, then pay it off right at the register at the same time. We returned for dress jackets for youth and we’re very pleased. This our go to clothing store. While it’s good for clothing, it’s not for shoes. They have shoes, but not a big selection in all sizes. Check it, just in case, but you’ll probably end up in a shoe store for more options.

  3. I’d never been to this Kohl’s before, but I enjoyed our experience there. It was a busy sales day, so there were lots of employees on staff. It was well looked after, even though you could tell many people had been taking advantage of the sale pricing.

  4. The store was mainly empty. Mid day visit. We’ll stocked. Not that very many sake items. The store seemed organized and clean. Helpful staff. However, they have a system at check out that I find upsetting. Your total on the display screen first shows a total relating to you the customer accepting the Kohl’s Credit card…if you decline the offer the offer…your newly updated charge is then shown – which of course is higher as it doesn’t include the discount of getting the credit card. I feel as though that is psychologically messing with my 🧠 brain. Why have that discounted total shown first…so you the customer thinks automatically that is your correct total..only to be told…that wasn’t it. Kohl’s need to redesign that nonsense, because it turned me off as a customer.

  5. Nice cashier. Good selection of men’s dress pants (why I was here) ….minus one star for no longer selling colognes. Looks like it’s being turned into a Sephora?

    I placed an order and had it shipped to my home. First it took nearly 2 weeks to get here, and I ordered some Yankee Candles, and they literally just had the Candles sitting in a box!! It was a box 5 times bigger than the candles, they were NOT wrapped and both were broken!!! 😡😡 who does that??? I’ve done a lot of business with Kohls in the past and I’ve had to return a lot, so I’m about to stop dealing with them!!

    Every employee is incredibly friendly and helpful, sales and coupons are great, and you gotta love that there’s still a department store around. I’ve only been here twice but I plan to go back. They have nice stuff and a little bit of everything. OH and they’re about to get a Sephora which is just mind-blowing. And I’m so grateful I can do Amazon returns there for free! Thank y’all!

    Probably the dirtest, messiest, worst kept Kohl’s I’ve ever been to. Better off calling this Teenage Daughters Closet. Clothes are thrown everywhere, I don’t think employees leave the checkout counters to put stuff away. If you’re down to rummage through piles of clothes; this is your place!

    Love that they are open one hour past the other stores, for when you strike out everywhere else, or want to do one last errand. Accessibility inside is pretty compromised by display tables and racks that are too numerous and close together, which trapped a wheelchair-user, causing them to have to go out of their way to find a path out of an area. Access is also disallowed to bath aisles due to narrow spacing. Rarely is there help offered by clerks, and searching them out is necessary. The counters mostly in use at the customer service counter in the back are too high, and there is often merchandise-in-process piled on the lower counters. The front checkout counters are a good height for wheelchair-users, but the card readers are fixed, which would make access for some impossible and for others, difficult. The front entrance is level, with automated doors activated by switch-on-a-pole method, which is functional 9/10 times. Bathrooms are adequately accessible. Nice small dept. store for west Mobile with variety in personals and home. Came in for bath & bed items, and it was a ghost town back there, with no clerks around. Bought a shower curtain that was out of the package because it was the style I needed, thinking that it was just out because someone was looking at it, but it turns out it was it has some kind of grease spots on it, which I didn’t see until after I ironed it. Got a decent price on it though.
