  1. I had a great time shopping here yesterday! All kinds of deals. The items on clearance were fabulous, not shabby or worn. There is one woman I must say stood out to me whose name is Roe. Wonderful, pleasant and helpful. She took her time to explain deals and membership to me. She is the epitome of what a representative for an establishment should be. I had a fabulous time here and will return! Thanks Roe!

  4. Ordered online for in-store self pickup. The brown skin lady with the short haircut was very nice and patient. Also another brown skin lady who made me feel very comfortable in the store. The 3 stars are due to the style of self pickup. Anyone can come in and grab your items.

  5. I had a very large order and Roe was a great cashier. Had trouble with my kohls card going through which, even though plenty of credit available, was declining. She and Beatrice made the necessary calls to straighten it out. We never found out what the issue was. Maybe because I was from out of town but they solved it with patience. I appreciate them taking the time to deal with this issue. I certainly didn’t want to leave without my purchases. Thank you to Roe and Beatrice. You were both kind and patient and an asset to Kohl’s.

    I used to love going there. I haven’t been in for years and probably won’t be back for awhile. Almost no dressing rooms anymore and not a lot of choices for clothing. The kitchen department still has a lot of nice things. But they seem to be lacking in other areas. I don’t know if they’ve been struggling since covid or if it’s something else

    Went to Kohls only at Park City Mall, so I can’t comment on the Mall at this time. Kohls entrance is convenient from the entrance I used… right inside the doors. As usual, the store is neat and tidy, my return was very easy, and they have an abundance of products. I am, however, always surprised there are not more shoppers! Maybe I just go at the right times.

    I have been shopping at the Khols at Park City mall for years and years. Why? Because I like the products they carry. My experience lately though, since a man became the manager ( don’t know his name) but I know that he follows me around the store, as if I were his lost dog.I don’t appreciate him following me around. I already suffer from PTSD after a hit and run accident I was in. I have plenty of anxiety. I don’t need his presence around me How come he doesn’t follow other people of other color around? He needs to be replaced by someone else!! I already had 2 strokes related to stress. Don’t follow me around. I understand if he ever caught me stealing anything, but he hasn’t because, I don’t steal. I pay for everything I have. I am sick of him. Someone do something. Don’t want to see his face every time I go to the store because he causes my blood pressure to raise. I guess he thinks I am going to steal something for 2 reasons: 1- I’m a Hispanic woman 2- I carry a bag back, so I MUST be there to rob them! What he doesn’t know is that I am a disable person who has to carry her valuables and medication with me at all times, so that they don’t disappear or get tampered with where I reside.

    Overall I think Kohl’s it’s a little expensive. They do have nice clothes and I was able to find the shoes I’ve been looking for there. It is not my go to store but I do enjoy shopping here

    I really like Kohl’s at Park City. Half of the larger anchor stores have left, so it’s great to have a larger store here in Lancaster. I still like to see, feel and try on clothing before I purchase. Kohl’s also has great sales, and the easiest return policy!
