  1. I have visited many Kohl’s department store locations and I am very impressed with this one. Even in the midst of a sale I was looking for a very popular size in blue jeans. A staff member voluntarily checked for the size in all of the different variations of that brand to see if any were still in the stockroom. When none were found she looked through every pair that were on the shelves in the store and found a pair in my size. You don’t often find that kind of dedication in a retail store. The checkout line was extremely long but as soon as a single store employee noticed it they quickly went from one cashier to five in a matter of a minute or two. Once again that is not often seen in stores today. I’m very pleased with Kohl’s selection and quality of the goods that they offer and after today I’m extremely pleased with the dedication of the staff. I will be definitely be back to this location.

  3. Kohls has great deals, but I believe the best part of Kohl’s is the associates. Darci at customer service is so helpful and friendly. She is always smiling and talkative. Before Christmas the lines were long at customer service, but Darci and others remained professional and helpful despite the pressure to meet the needs of those in line. I had never used self- pick up and she got me started so I could pick up my order. Thank you and Thank God for such wonderful associates! Give them a raise!

  4. My sister and I did some retail therapy and goodness gracious! We were there for the huge clearance sale and shopped till we dropped! Store was clean, well laid out and had much to choose from. Checking out the line was really long however they had every register open and we were checked out with a friendly associate very quickly.

  5. Kohl’s is still providing excellent items for good prices. You will always find something you like, whether from clothing, bedding or home goods. Just don’t expect a short line at checkout they’re always 5 deep, but it won’t take long to move thru.

    Decided to go in the search for better fitting clothes during my first pregnancy! I came across the top listed in my photo! I thought amazing score but KOHLS normally has deals! I spent a few hundred on clothing and when my total came up I realized the top didn’t ring up right, lady at the register said to bad, being that it’s busy I said no problem to just take the item off and I’ll walk back and check to see since it could be my mistake. Well I noticed it indeed said 14.99 but maybe the tops were all put on the wrong rack even though the brand matched the rack as well! I asked a manager he said to honor it after seeing the rack as well. Well a second manager came up as well and they said no it can not be honored as the retail price did not match the price on the original price. So I had one manager already tell me yes, issue resolved for someone else to say no. Needles to say I decided to just leave and not get it. Little things like this will have me searching for new places to shop and returning my purchase and going elsewhere.

    I don’t normally shop at Kohl’s but my co-worker got me into it one day when I went with her. Today I went in to return something and found that they had an additional 50% off of already clearance marked-down prices. I purchased about 8-9 pieces of plus clothing for $47. I had a 15% off coupon and a $24 Kohl’s cash. I ended up paying $15 in total for my purchase. I love a good sale and this one was the best so far this year. I saved $338! I’ll take it. Don’t miss out on this great sale

    A decent shop with good deals however their counter people are SO PUSHY about their Kohls cards. Cashier was so rude I almost do not want to go back to get harassed about their cards. Watch out at this one

    First of all, Kohl’s, no matter the location, needs to get its shoe organization together. I spent 30 minutes looking for one style of sneaker, buried amongst all other sneakers, on top of the shelf and nearly 20 boxes of sneakers falling on me. When I make it to the register, the cashier decided that she wanted to give me a lesson, a very loud lesson, about discounts. She was the most disrespectful person I have encountered in my life, who was supposed to be representing a store. Needless to say, I left the sneakers there. I will never shop there, or any other Kohl’s, ever again. I only rated the store 3 stars because it is close J Crew, Old Navy, DSW, and Target.
