  1. Things I liked first..Great selection of fruits and vegetables . Terrific bakery department every kind of bread , cake, pie or cookie imaginable. Every meat and deli. You would ever need. A huge pharmacy, hair products. Clothes. Every Baby thing you would ever need. Now . There are no clerks to help you in this huge store with everything. There are no cashier’s except for maybe four who are there to assist you. There is no one at the jewelry counter and I am sure it’s not a help yourself although I think that may have happened within my eyesight. Great place to exercise if you like exercising. People watching is fun , they should add a food bar where you can select your lunch and then have a seat to just watch..

  2. I love shopping for toys for my 7 yr old daughter and 6 yr old boy and not too mention collectibles for myself!!!
    UpDate:- Still a GREAT STORE to shop for almost every product from food to a tire they have it all! Plus not to mention (or forget) the customer service is amazing its like the old show “Cheers” everyone there knows my name 😉

  3. I would like to compliment the staff in this Walmart’s Vision Center on Del Prado Blvd., in Cape Coral, FL. The Vision Specialist who helped me was Liz. She was so very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She helped me find the frames I was looking for, made sure my allotted insurance benefit was applied, and processed my eyeglass order. Liz made the whole experience effortless. I must also comment on how well the entire Vision Center Team works together. They all help each other, they are kind and helpful to one another, have fun with each other and their clients while getting the job done. I highly recommend this particular Vision Center and this staff.

  4. We were looking for some last minute items for a boating trip. When one very rude individual approached us accompanied by another, and instead of saying, what are you looking for to assist so you can head out, he said we were going the wrong way, and forced us out by tailing us until we were at the front. There were other customers there. We didn’t see that equal treatment of others. I made it very clear we were uncomfortable and asked multiple times why they were following us. Truly an uncomfortable experience and very poor customer handling. It almost made me leave everything behind. But it certainly taught me to never go back if I could help it. Target will be a better choice.

  5. Rude employees and lack of consideration for shoppers. The people doing the online orders are the most inconsiderate people in the store. They will literally get in your way and look at you like you’re in their way! Then to make it even a better experience, there is this black man with glasses and a beard who literally follows me around, I know he must be looking for shoplifting but why tf is he following me? Is it because I spend a lot of money there? He has never confronted me, I always see him though stalking me making me feel uneasy. Eventually I will say something bit then I’d be wrong yea? Maybe I’ll start following him and record the whole thing.

    First prize for worst customer service department ever. One person helping customers and two standing around just talking. The only one that’s helping someone is currently having a conversation with the lady she’s helping about parts of Florida when there are four people in line behind me and she’s just enjoying her conversation, instead of taking care of business, not even making any effort to get other customers helped, would rather gossip with the lady she’s working with???? there’s always poor customer service in this store and usually everything is just a mess like the T-shirt sections are all just unfolded and thrown everywhere and this is just a horrible Kohl’s. I’ve been a Kohl’s card holder for over 20 years and have been in ones all the way across this country. This one just stands out to me more than any others as just being the worst just honestly put.

    I was looking for something specific and they had what I was looking for just not a great selection. I was looking for bobs from Skechers shoes. I did buy two pairs so all is good. Also it was closing time and nobody pushed or shoved us out which was great.

    Shopping and selection is good. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars, was having to go to opposite side of store since many price checking devices didn’t work. Second, there seems to be issues with app, when cashier can’t scan the discount, but as soon as you leave the store, guess what? Then the barcode finally shows on app. Happens every time.

    Horrible customer service! Cashier was cranky and spoke to me in a rude tone. I don’t mind spending money on the quality of the brands that are offered but I can go to Miramar outlets, get the same brands at a reasonable cost and not have to go through the unpleasant experience that the cashier gave me. Not a Fan of Khol’s
