- Reviews:I feel so sorry for the employees at this location. The dangerous encounters with people on the street when arriving/leaving, the outrageous level of theft happening daily, and the brutal treatment from people leaving bodily waste in the shopping aisles. While it may be inconvenient to have merchandise locked-up, there’s good reason behind it. And it’s unfortunate they’ve had to reduce the number of bathrooms to one but recent bathroom activities have created safety concerns. They don’t hire people specifically for “Code Brown” calls (cleanup of bodily waste) and the lineup of homeless people waiting to use the bathroom every morning contributes to this. The average shopper might be subjected to people using drugs, people sleeping in the bathroom, or waste outside of the toilet. Another example of how this location suffers is the closure of the liquor store. People were hanging out in the entry area and getting drunk. The employees are doing their best to hang on and keep working as respectable service staff. I hate to say it but this location may no last much longer. It’s nearly impossible to have a pleasant shopping experience anymore. Combined with the massive amount of security, locked up product and helpful staff, I still felt i had to watch my back, protect my child and cover my wallet. Hard to imagine with Target HQ in the backyard that this is the image they project. Lots of errands can be completed here including vaccinations without making an appointment. I realized it had been a long time since I had a tetanus shot and got one while out for paper towels, pizza and potting soil. Pretty much my home. I always go to this target. Drive up and pickup are so quick and convenient. Things here move very quickly even when busy team members work to keep things moving. It is very easy to get to. I enjoy their produce, it is typically pretty good. One of my favorite things here is the chicken tenders and potato wedges from the deli. They are like a hidden gem. They are always so good and kept warm and taste so delicious every time. They are always available 4-7 but can also be found before or after that time if you are lucky. Great card selection. There is a Starbucks inside as well as a snack bar. They also have soda stream exchange here. There is a baby registry by guest services. Team members here are very helpful. They are also hiring right now $15/hour go online or talk to a team member to apply.
This is my go-to target and I always receive great customer service! Even when they are out of on the shelf items, employees always help me find what I am looking for or explain to me why items are out of stock and when they may be back. Store is very clean and guest service is always extremely helpful! Order pick-up and drive-up services are awesome and very convenient. I prefer this location to the other nearby stores.
Super friendly, speedy and nonjudgmental staff. When at the self-check-out, I ended up needing help FOUR times 🙁 The guy working there came as soon as I pressed the help button, fixed my issues immediately and, especially, was extremely kind (no judgment for all my issues!).
I’m really sad I didn’t catch his name, but the person working the 5 items or less checkout today in the afternoon was so incredibly sweet! So helpful with everything with making sure there were no security tags on my clothing items! I just wanted to give him a shoutout because he was so nice and he deserves recognition!
If you’re coming here for groceries, don’t bother nothing is ever stocked. For some reason people from 3 cities away shop at this one, plus they never stock anything. Two bad combinations. Living across the street, I’ve came three times in the past week and seen the same chuck of food Isle half empty. Used to be a great location, not sure what happened.
