He walked me through all of the processes of how the services work and had an answer for all of my questions. We were suppose to get the whole package – 2 phones, watches and tablet. Only the phones showed up. For 3 weeks we returned to the store trying to get our items. After 3 weeks they said it was our fault that we didn’t show up. We were there every week and worked with every person that works there. They are absolutely clueless. Basically young guys that think by showing up they get a paycheck. Do NOT go here. You will regret it. We left the place without our watches and tablet. Called Verizon immediately and found out the lines were activated without the product. No pushy salesmanship here – 100% supportive, attentive concierge service, top-notch expertise, and authentically caring energy. I felt well taken care of every step of the way. Despite my old temperamental phone resisting the data transfer to my new phone, Cody remained reassuring and confident, and persisted to overcome any obstacles with exceptional competence. I feel great about my purchase, and intend to return to this location for any future device/service needs.
Austin was a kick to watch … the fastest guy on keyboard in town, and maybe the friendliest too! He spent over an hour making sure my two phones and smart watch worked properly. Cool dude!

I was referred to the store specifically to meet with Austin, but was unable to work with him as he was working with another customer. I did however have a very pleasant experience working with Gustavo. He made sure that he identified my issue before starting on the process to solve. The issue took a little longer than we all thought but he made sure l was comfortable with the wait and that he was including me in every step along the way. I will definitely be bringing my service back to this team.
