  1. I shopped in this Ross recently and found that it’s like most all other stores right now. Just not enough good help/employees to make it a good experience.
    You have to really search to find your correct size in clothing and sometimes the sizes are not in the right place. But when you do find something you like, it’s nice to be able to try it on in their dressing room. They do have good prices and sometimes you can find a great deal on a name brand product.
    The shelves in the other departments are a little unorganized.
    Getting checked out is not always a pleasant experience. You usually have to wait in a long line for 1, or 2 cashiers if you’re lucky, while another 1-2 employees stand around pretending to work.
    I’m a patient person and think it’s worth the trouble to find a good deal, so I’ll give this store a 4 star rating.

  2. Great deals but manager at this location is very unfriendly and annoying. She falsely profiled me as a possible shoplifter when I definitely was not doing and followed me around entire store like a couple steps behind me trying to be sneaky but never once asked me if I needed any help finding anything or even greet me or acknowledge me the several times we even made eye contact with each other. She was extremely rude and made my whole shopping trip to this location miserable and not enjoyable at all. After I tried ignoring her and continue my viewing and shopping I had came there to do I actually didn’t purchase anything from there that I had collected in my shopping cart because I felt unappreciated and almost embarrassed for no fault of my own. I will not shop here at this location ever again specifically because of this “manager” lady (unsure of her name because she wasn’t even wearing an identifying name badge.) Also my experience does not make a good impression or look good for the business.

  4. This is ridiculous 😒 line of 20 people or more and one they have one person working on the registrar while it was more workers in the back of the store none help.. corporation or manager of yhe store should do some about this

    Over all it was good. Lot of dress varieties are there for both men and women. Kids collections were less. Also there were few items on the home shelves (see the pics) so aisles are almost empty. It would be great if they add more items to Home sections.

    I love this store…. The store was super clean and that made it easy for me shop and find more than what I went into the store for… There is something for everyone in the family here. The only thing I have to say, on the downside is that they were only running one register during what seemed to be their busy hour it was not until the customer’s started to question if the cashier was the only person that she called for back up. Which at this point you have unhappy customer’s and customers with attitudes. Overall my shopping trip was great!

    They have a good selection right now reflecting current styles. It’s not their fault I don’t like the crop tops and mom jeans lol! They did have some Crunchyroll Tshirts that I did buy!

    I only get to go to Ross when I am visiting my sister. twice a year befause i dont have a car but when i get to go theres always something i love there and my sister spoils me. I love this store.
