I asked cashier 1114 to look at a different store for a size jacket, in the process of calling the stores the other Hispanic employee stopped her and told her in front of me to stop, that I had to call on my own bc they had a big line and I had to do it on my own, I asked 1114 if I needed the tag information when making the call, she said she could write down the info 4 me, and the Hispanic said … no just say the light yellow jacket.. so I asked 1114 to write it down for me, and she did nicely and professional, I just hope the hispanic wasn’t the manager bc whe was up front but never at a cashier with customers, and for her to give bad orders or bad customer service to another employee or customer. Also a couple people broke merchandise twice and no employee came to clean it, very unsafe for employees or customers.

  3. Love the prices of items that are offered here. Cleanliness of the store is a huge turn off though. Walking through the isles, I was disappointed (and disgusted) to see a half eaten item from the shelf sitting there as well as an opened half drank beverage. Sad to see people take advantage of places and steal. It’s not uncommon to purchase something for personal use that has been opened and partially used by shoppers. I purchased an Olay facial lotion and got home to find that the box had already been opened and half of the lotion was missing from the container. I reported it to the store at the time of the discovery, but was not compensated in anyway. I will be sure to check things over more thoroughly prior to purchasing again.

  5. Love this store! Just wish they were staffed on registers 😭 I like to try to pop in and out but it’s always minimum a 15-20min wait in line.

    I really love the clothing selection, but I feel the prices are very similar to regular department stores without the option of coupons. Wide range of home decor and I love all the organizers in the kitchen section. While the clothes seem higher in price, the rest of the store has pretty great and lots prices

    Great staff, clean store despite sloppy shoppers knocking over items and being impatient! However manager should have all registers open at Christmas busy season.

    5 stars due to NORMALLY having a huge stock of fragrances. Not always the best deals, but most times I buy when I shop here. I’m a huge fragrance fanatic, so I buy for my wife and self. Keep up the stock! Thanks
