    It’s above and beyond many Tj Maxx locations I have been.

    I highly recommend especially if you never have been to one before. This is where you come for great deals!

    I also love how clean and fresh smelling the restrooms were.

  2. I’ve tried to come twice in the past two weeks but the hours online don’t match the actual hours. I was walking on with a few other people and an employee (I think the manager) yelled that they were only opened for four more minutes and the line was very long. I get it, I wouldn’t want to work the retail during the holiday season but at least fix the hours advertised online.

  3. Mostly, I wander around the gourmet food and kitchen section until I get bored and then I go wait in the car until my wife is done shopping. lol There just isn’t much for me here. I just can’t get that excited about apparel or home décor. Overall, it seems nice enough inside and the employees friendly. It has an odd sort of mall-like entrance (Westwood Plaza has so many interesting nooks and crannies).

  4. Great prices on everyday items, however majority of the time, everything is pretty picked through. I like to get my son’s pants from here bc he wears holes in the knees so quickly however there were only two pairs of pants in the entire little boy’s section. Definitely disappointing!

    One of my favorite places! Huge stores. The only I have is that they don’t stock up much as others do on the tj max side. But the home goods one is over flow like so cluttered it gives you anxiety trying to push a cart through aisles and praying you arnt going to break anything. Or try to fit in. Over all a good place to go to for multiple things

    Customer service was great! I had lost my receipt and was missing an item I thought I might have paid so I called the store. The customer service associate was very kind and patient despite the limited information I could recall. She found my receipt and texted it to me right away. Thank you so much. I love this store.

    This is a combo store which means has tjmaxx and homegoods together. They both have a great selection of merchandise. Tjmaxx currently has a lot of gift options for Christmas. They have gift sets for men, women and kids. They have a great toy selection, pjs, make up, beauty and coats. The store is very clean and well organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. If you have any concerns make sure that you share it with their management team. They are very friendly and helpful as well. If you are in this area, make sure that you check out this area.

    My first time at a T.J Maxx. When you first walk in, it looks amazing! They did a great job with placement, lighting, and product view. You are able to take plenty of items into the dressing room and the attendant is polite. The prices are decent. I thought the home goods side looked a little cluttered. The checkout line was extremely long, but people were taken care of quickly and politely!
