  1. This location has a lot of inventory and carries clothes for the whole family as well as shoes, fashion accessories, jewelry, home goods, linens, seasonal decor, and small appliances. The restrooms are consistently clean. Finding help can be a challenge, but when you do get help, the employees are very helpful.

This store was great we found everything we were looking for and the way that it is set up is very easy to shop and find your way around, they had a present illegal spot that had a lot of good gifting ideas and it’s also nice that they added the sephora makeup for my wife to buy her creams and glamor stuff.

    I don’t have time to shop very often but I usually do a big wardrobe shop about twice a year. So it had been about 4-5 months since I’ve been in this store and today’s experience will probably not have me coming back. #1. The clothes are packed so tightly on the rack that you can’t sort through them without hangers getting tangled, hangers of clothes falling off the rack, or having to take bunches of hangers off the rack to get to what you want. #2 Clothing styles are randomly put on the same rack. I was looking at pants and on one small rack there were 6 different styles of pants. Maybe 1 or 2 of one style 6 of another etc… Random blouses, sweaters etc… All thrown together on one rack making the racks feel more like clearance racks then actually moderate priced department store shopping #3 I could probably still deal with some of this however the sizes on the hangers don’t match the size of the clothing item on that hanger more than half the time. So finding my size then fighting to get the item out of the rack left me frustrated to find that the size did not match what the hanger displayed. #4 I did manage to find a few items to try on. Walking into the dressing room however was further disappointing as many of the rooms had clothing on the floor, or clothing piled on the seat or racks. 4th try I finally found an empty dressing room. So over 90 minutes in the store, only found 4 things to try on and ended up leaving with only 1 blouse which was 100% polyester and cost me $42!!! So in closing… to me personally it was not worth 90 minutes of my time struggling to find items, fighting clothes on racks, and then paying almost $50 for the experience. If management does reply to this I truly hope it’s not another “COVID” excuse.

    Great deals always at Kohl’s in the Sierra Vista Mall. Bright, cheery, and well stocked with home goods, jewelry, and quality clothing.

    I come here for the amazon returns center. They used to give really good coupons to shop in the store, lately it’s just 15% off, which even on clearance it’s not usually worth it. The clothes are expensive and not the best quality, but the layout is good, it’s generally neat and clean and the bathrooms are unbelievably beautiful.

    Prices are not great but also not horrible. Stores are always clean. I enjoy the Amazon drop-off site and the Khols Cash discount you get after every Amazon return 🙌🏾

    It’s the most rundown kohls I’ve ever been to. The customers are awful since they’re the ones who tear it up. Management is so rude and they judge you so bad. They need to clean house with Management for sure. Also make sure they actually do clean up nightly and organize so the place doesn’t look like a liquidation center.
