  1. If I were shopping for myself there were a gazillion choices of lovely dresses to attend a wedding we were running late for. Yet I was already dressed, on the other hand my boyfriend forgot to pack some slacks. In the men’s section there were a gazillion choices of sweatpants and even golf shorts but nothing suitable for a wedding. Or an interview. Or church. Or a work day as a bank teller. “Dress for less.” I get it now! Duh!!

  2. I like this store, their merchandise, and its prices. Their products come in randomly. I’m always finding something new. It’s like a lot of stores that buy wholesale. I think they’re the cheapest in the area. The clothes is more urban style then any store in the area that I know of. Check it out if you’re into dressing fresh. If you take your time and search. You can put some really nice outfits together from what they have to offer in clothing at very reasonable prices.

Finally they had shelves full of items…wont be stepping foot back in the store again in Eau Claire..first the young girl at the dress room area watched myself and my friend and her 4 yr old son like came and stood on the other side of the aisle watching us. We had a cart full of items what is the reason of you trying to follow us like we arent welcome to shop . Then during check out the rude cashier with a horrible bluish purple dye in her hair told my friend the cart goes back over there. Which my friend said that isnt our cart. Then she wasnt bagging all the items. My friend asked for a bag and reached to get one the cashier snatched the bag from her and proceeded to say we have a shortage of bags…NOPE….learn manners and customer…vservicet ignorant and rude employees..never again at Eau claire Ross….

  4. I drove from Lake City, Minnesota to that location. They had a nice variety of merchandise and stuff. I frequented Ross in California for many years until I moved out here. It is the best place to go for household items, a variety of clothes for all ages, under garments, shoes, purses as well as facial products, makeup, and perfumes…etc …. Great place for quality brands on a budget. My only problem with this location was the line that went from the front of the store to the back. No extra cashiers were called to the front. They were under staffed for the amount of customers that were there.

    Only one register open. Customers lined up halfway through the building waiting to check out. Strong odor of marijuana in the building. Looks like the have a decent selection of items. It’s a better option than Goodwill, but don’t expect to check out quickly.

    Awesome place cheap always leave with more than I anticipated but they have a little of everything!! Could use more employees though

    Clothes are most often not the size represented on the racks and hangers in the men’s are. Shopping later in the day is not best as the lack of order becomes worse. And the place becomes messy having clothes and you on the floor and ran over and into by others. The checkout area could be a lot better for people with cash rather than making them continue to wait while the plastic goes first.

    While in the store shopping earlier today with my mother and my 2 1/2 year old daughter a lady who works there followed me around the whole decor section of the store to see if I was going to steal anything. Ross if you guys are going to have employees who are racially profiling guest that’s an issue at least the lady could have made her self not look so obvious while doing it. It’s really a shame that you go into one of your favorite stores to get racially profiled and followed into every aisle you walk into especially with my child.
