On April 25,23. I was in the store and a gentleman name Kyle help us,he was very nice, very knowledgeable. I wish all our experience would be just like that.
The customer service was filled with attitudes, especially the curly hair girl. I have been there twice to fix the simplest problem of transferring phone number to Verizon but never got it done, instead I have to call Verizon help center to get it done by myself. They also tried to overcharge by added 7 more lines to my existing line for some reason even tho I just needed 3 lines. One of the girl told me that I will get 3 new phone for free since I just transferred in but they still charge for those phone. The store overall experience is just terrible so I would recommend AT&T over this Verizon.
I am waiting for a response from “Stacy Lynn Prokop” (do not trust this person) If I don’t get one I will come back explain the rest of my problem here as well as other online sites. If I do get a response from Stacy I will remove this. As of tomorrow I will start adding some of the conversations and some of the emails that I have received over my problem so people can read them for themselves but basically I’m being cheated out of $113.52 over an internet device that I never wanted gave them the device back and they still charged me but in no means is that the end of the story more later. In short myself and my employee was told this would be free and going forward the price of a phone line which would be $30.
Since this post I have gotten the credit to my account but the person mentioned above never responded and if I had to guess most likely still has a job. Good news is for clarksville is this person of no character is moving to Chattanooga if that was even true. I have been a consumer of and advocate for Verizon Wireless for over 15 years and this is my only bad experience with an employee. Not going into details but myself and my employee hope no one else gets taken by this person. Verizon would do themselves a favor to look into this persons behavior…
I am leaving this rating for the amount of phone calls it took me to resolve the problem!
Ive gone back and forth over the years between Verizon and AT&T but I’m staying with Verizon. And I think their customer service over the phone is not much different but in person, in that store they are by far the best.
