  1. Went today because I was experiencing issues with my phone. Turns out I was in need of a new one. Even though it isn’t required for him to do so, Alex helped me to file an insurance claim and have a new phone shipped out to me. He was extremely personable and professional. I highly recommend going to him next time you’re in the store.

  2. I actually visited this store several times over the course of a couple weeks, twice with my still broken phone (not due to this store) and once with my replacement phone fully backed up, operational, etc. Each time I left, I was highly satisfied with the level of care and customer service.

    I have never received such amazing service from any Verizon store before this one. Upon my first visit, Alex successfully helped me diagnos the problem, provided further direction in contacting VZ warranty services and while I left with a broken phone, I left confident and pleased with my visit.

    After some not so awesome conversations with VZ warranty (not the store), Eddie then assisted me in contacting them an additional time, asked the correct questions, worked to troubleshoot the issue and went above and beyond to make sure i was heard and had all my answers before leaving.

    After receiving my phone, I chose to drive back to this location even though there are several stores closer to me because I had such great previous experiences. Eddie again assisted me and got my replacement phone set up, old phone boxed up and made the entire process as easy as possible for me. I cannot thank the Clearwater team enough for their amazing customer service.

  3. Went in the other day and the guy had nothing good to say about a small business in kennewick. Continued about it for some time. So after he couldn’t help we went to the small business and the guy ended up helping us. If the employee is still there next time I go to pay my bill I will be leaving Verizon with all my business lines. I own a small business as well. Then I will be moving over to the small business’s service provider that he recommended. I’ve never heard a big company try so hard to talk down about a small business….while in front of another small business owner. Unbelievable….definitely a sales pitch.

Went in with a malfunctioning phone on 12/2, received a clear cost/benefit analysis for repair vs. replacement, and Alex then spent over 7 hours during 12/2 and 12/3 transferring photos, contacts, etc. to a new device despite having to do research and extensive troubleshooting. Alex was exceedingly patient, professional, and dedicated in dealing with (and working around) exotic errors and issues with the old phone to prevent data loss. So long as this site employs folks like Alex, they will have my business in perpetuity. Would highly recommend.

  5. I wanted to update my post. I went back into the srore today and was helped by Eddie. He was great as well, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and had me out the door and on my way in no time. Thanks again! I really like this Verizon Store!

    I bought online and wanted to pick up the item in the store. I didn’t want to make small talk and sit in the store for an hour. Well, you can’t just pick up the item. You have to sit and wait. Complete waste of time. Customer service rep would not look me in the eye when speaking to me. She just stared at the floor. When I asked a question about the item I was picking up the rep informed me that she didn’t know really anything about the item. Perhaps we should be teaching employees to look at people in their eyes when speaking and maybe learn something about the products they are selling.

    Every single time I have ever gone to the store I am told in accurate information and given the runaround. I came in a few days ago to do a trade-in, but they said I couldn’t do it yet, because my order was not showing as picked up even though I had done it two days earlier so they told me I could go to any Verizon store and do it in a couple of days. I just went to the store now and they said no it has to be the corporate store that does it.

    It’s a very good store now. for years we were avoiding this place like a plague, because of the rudeness we experienced a couple of years ago. This time everyone was polite and professional. Kylee was patient and very helpful in helping us to get all the Verizon promotions. we got our new iPhone 14’s and cases there.

    This Store Manager and team are excellent. I will NEVER, NEVER, go to a third-party store and I learned a hard lesson. The manager and team here helped me greatly. I bought a phone directly from Verizon via phone. I opted to pick it up to a convenient third party location. The place was sketch, but I was in a rush. I got home and noticed the Samsung box was sealed with scotch tape, not official seals. I thought I was being paranoid, but I checked with this Verizon team and they showed me a quality sealed Samsung phone box. Luckily, I was able to exchange it. The sealed phone seemed to seriously upload my existing data, where the other one was weird, could be in my head. Either way, I dealt with multiple people here to resolve this issue and I am grateful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Brandon at this location always gives 110% in everything he does. We intentionally come to this store because of his excellent service. This last time he spent more than an hour helping us with our trade/upgrade to an iPhone 14. The difficulty was getting the old phone functional enough to turn off the necessary settings to qualify it as a trade. He worked tirelessly to help us trouble-shoot the problem. He was even willing to stay after hours until the job was complete – but we managed to finish 10 minutes before closing. He found us a jaw-dropping trade-in deal that I wouldn’t have even imagined possible! He was kind, good-natured, had an amazing attitude, and provided us with the most excellent customer service. Thank you Brandon, we will be back. Hopefully with less of a challenge next time!
