  1. November 28, 2022, I went to our local Ross located in Fultondale, AL. This was not my first time attempting to shop. The prices are comparable to other big box stores. Very expensive so don’t expect to save. My objective was to look at the toys and browse housewares. This store is always a disaster. Each shelve with piles of merchandise with practically no organization. Anxiety and claustrophobic paradise. I managed to take a photo of how enthusiastic management and store employees want customers to shop. This store desperately needs help starting from the top.

  2. The only people checking out of a different race and we were told to take off our own hangers and go put them away. No one else was asked. I don’t get paid by Ross. I should not be responsible for simple cashiering tasks.

  3. Worst store ever.. better off making the drive to another location. Management & every employee are rude & customer service is a 1 star at best. Don’t plan on trying to use the fitting rooms or rest rooms for your children either. Store is always a mess and most things in wrong places or on wrong sized hangers. Smh.. Don’t waste your time. Will not be back..

  4. At 5 pm with over 30 people in line there was a only 1 cashier working by theirselves. Seriously ROSS if you want to keep your customers happy and coming back the manager should be helping their employees.

  5. I’m not exactly sure what to say. It’s Ross. I think we have all grown to expect very little. I guess if that’s the expectations we have, I guess they meet those expectations.

    Today was the first time I ever went to this Ross dress for less it was clean and organized and the employees were very friendly and helpful And they have all kinds of stuff not just clothes. They have toys for the kids and household items and shoes just so many things I will definitely be going back it was a great experience.

    I found my mother’s day gift, a sun dress for my mom. However, I went in looking for a dress for her to wear at an upcoming wedding. I had to hunt through so many dresses because the sizes were scrambled together as well as the seasonal dresses. Finding a “dressy” dress is almost impossible! I only had two hours but could have searched longer due to the confusing way the clothes are mixed together.

    I was excited about my find, but the customer service is terrible. Kristin played on her phone even though she saw me in line. Then she just waved at me to come over. She continued to play on her phone while I stood and the register. When she completed the transaction she said nothing to me and was unpleasant in nature. I would recommend bettering your customer service.

    No staff and seen the manager walk away from a lonnngggg line when there was one cashier doing her best. The manager walked away and didn’t even try to help the young lady. Truly sad service.
