  1. I would like to take a moment to write a note and say how amazing the staff here at this Verizon has been. I had an issue that was difficult to solve, and no matter who I talk to at this location they were more than willing to help me, they went out of their way to, take the time to help me resolve my situation. I would like to send special thanks to Sammy, Steve Becca, well pretty much everybody for being so patient and so kind. definitely a place to find resolution and great customer service. Thank you !!!

  2. They’re suppose to close at 6:00pm but they stop working at 5:35. It’s a company policy to put away all the phones half an hour before they close so they can get home on time to their family. They do not advertise on the website that they really stop working at 5:35 not 6. We drove 40 minutes in traffic to get there at 5:35pm. We were told by these three jokers in the photos that they’re not allowed to do anything for the last 25 minutes. I hope Verizon updates their website to reflect the true working hours. Or updates these employees.

    I updated the google map store hours to reflect the hours that the Verizon Employees are actually allowed to WORK.

  3. I was baited into switching to Verizon from T-Mobile by a Small
    Business Sales Representative who claimed we were switching
    during a small business promotion week (in August 2022 when
    we originally started the first line on Verizon). We were switching
    5 lines of service to Verizon from T-Mobile. We were also trading
    our phones in. We were suppose to receive 36 months of bill
    credits for: -Trading our phones in -Porting our lines of service
    over -Starting new lines with Verizon The promotional offers were
    so attractive that they were hard to believe, even for the sales
    representative who called a manager over to his computer to
    double review the promotional offer that he was seeing on his
    screen. I also became skeptical and so he showed me the
    computer screen as well. After all of the credits, including device
    credits, lines of service credits, porting credits, etc, we were
    suppose to be paying around $150-$160 / month for the 5 lines of service, before adding on taxes and device insurance. We have
    had big problems ever since we switched. One of first bills was
    over $1,000. Another was over $800. It is now February 2023
    and we are still having to call monthly to argue with Verizon’s
    overseas call centers and get nowhere. We’ve also gone into
    physical stores to seek resolution. We’ve been promised
    resolution by store managers. We’ve been reassured. Again and
    again. Still nothing gets permanently applied to the account. I’ve
    lost at least 20 hours of my life fighting with Verizon since August.
    I’m so tired of it. We just want what we were told we’d get. That’s
    all. I’m so exhausted with fighting with them. It’s ridiculous that
    they haven’t fixed it

  4. If you have a business account, I would not recommend working with Business Account Manager Mark Hagood here. I was asking him questions for several weeks whenever I had time about several major plan changes that we wanted to make. During this time he often chose not to respond to my texts messages and calls and I had to waste a lot of time chasing after him. We also had multiple scheduled phone appointments together, two of which he completely blew off and did not acknowledge or notify me that he could not attend. He gave me varying information about promos and plan options throughout this time period which caused me problems. When I thought we finally had everything sorted out and I sent him the list of changes we wanted to make, he then told me that in order to do that I had to upgrade our account to a different level of plan that was more expensive. It was not that the promos expired, he lied to me at first and tried to trick me hoping I would just make the change and then just go with it later and not want to deal with the headache of fixing the problem. He is very unprofessional, not helpful, and wasted so much of my time

  5. Kristen is a living angel 😇 she took the time to help my dad with phone issues that had been haunting him for 3-5 years due to two apple id’s associated with the phone.

    Kristen was kind, patient, understanding, and assured us we would get it all sorted out. She focused on this specific issue for at least 2 hours and finally relieved my dear ol dad and the family! We felt taken care of with a smile. So grateful for you Kristen!

    We spent the majority of our morning here last weekend and the experience was AMAZING. Aaron was our go to, and he was so helpful, knew what he was selling, and gave us the best deal we could ask for. Maybe sure we got exactly what we wanted; phone color, case, new goodies, etc. And even though our daughter was running around the store he gave us a smile through everything. I will be telling all my friends about him and sending all the business I can to him!

    I had a great experience with Drew at this location. He was professional and down to earth and really took the time to find me a plan that worked for me. He was extremely detailed and explained everything each step of the way, he was super patient and very thorough.

    Everyone was so helpful including my main helper Zachary! But also Drew with the assist while Cindy did too because it really was challenging! Either way I know I’ll be happy with my new internet service since I don’t have to deal with a service that’s blocked off my area for years… Good riddance Spectrum!

    Drew L in St Pete was very helpful. My friend is visually impaired. He patiently helped him set up his new phone with accessibility features. I am not a US citizen so my credit application was unusual. He found ways around the process so I could purchase a WiFi unit. Above and beyond. Thanks Drew.

    ZACHARY M! I had some problems today and walked in to this location and was SOOOO LUCKY! Zachary M helped me with the initial problem, and then as long as I was there….I asked about eSims for when I go to Ireland (he told me exactly what to do), checked my account to see if there was a better plan (no, but we looked!) and found out that all 4 of my family phone lines are earning Travel Passes that we can use when we go to Ireland! Who knew I could accomplish so because of one veery helpful and enthusiastic guy that looked up what he did not know and I left as One Satisfied Customer. Thanks at lot, Zach!

    Daniel greeted me as I walked in the door. I was his only customer so he was able to help me right away. I was looking for a phone case and a cover for my screen on my brand new Google pixel 7 pro. He recommended the liquid glass and showed me a couple of cases. I chose a case and he applied the liquid glass to my phone perfectly. He was polite, engaged in conversation and did a great job with my phone. I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

    I had a broken screen on my phone, which was preventing me from using most of the apps on the page. Daniel helped me select a new phone, the iPhone 14, which will meet my needs, because the phone had so many cracks in it. It was difficult to open some of the necessary applications in order to transfer the data. He spent a great deal of time, trying to figure out how to make this happen , he did a great job in every aspect of the purchase of my new phone. I highly recommend this store!

    This is a terrible store!! They told me I needed a new phone while mine was still under manufacturers warranty and then told me some extras would be free and they weren’t. The lied, were rude and were very confusing in their explanations. Always go to a corporate store instead of this franchise!!!!
