  2. It’s true a smile and a kind heart can travel miles. That’s what happened today at the dollar store with Angie as a cashier. I happened to drop by dollar tree after my gym. I bought a lot of stuff for my apartment without thinking that I didn’t have a car.

    My cashier was this superwoman Angie, and she was awesome. She helped me get all my pieces of stuff securely packed into double plastics making several bags so that I don’t have any problems carrying them on the bus. She was such a sweet lady, and oh my God made my day. Hey Dollar tree, you have a great asset, and she definitely needs a raise

  3. I have shopped at Dollar Tree for years. I recently was blessed with my first grandchild. Since I help my daughter with daycare, I needed some place to put my granddaughter’s extra clothes I keep at my house. I went to purchase a few little square baskets; not only to put her clothes in, but to organize them as well. After grabbing the baskets, I started to browse through the store. I had also recently purchased my daughter some dishware, place setting for 8, but I always check in that aisle, to see if there is something more I can help her with. From Glad leftover containers to more plastic everyday cups and so on. On this stop, I did not find anything in that aisle I could not live without. Still browsing the store, I found some healthy little snack pouches. My son has recently has weight loss surgery and with his birthday just a day away, I grappled another basket and placed little pouches of really soft assorted jerky, some nut and dried fruit pouches and then lastly, some freeze dried fruit pouches. I was so excited. I had a whole basket filled with healthy options. Dollar Tree may have raised their prices from $1.00 to $1.25, but I am NOT complaining at all. I love shopping here and finding treasures!!! ❤️

  4. This location apparently closes at 8 on Sundays. I’ve suggested it to google to be updated. The staff was very kind and apologetic when letting me know.

  5. Store was very clean compared to most dollar tree stores. It was well stocked and the cashier was friendly and helpful, wish I knew her name but good job! Date of vist 01/13/23 8PM

    This location is fairly consistently picked through. Today most of the shelves were empty. Sadly, there is also lack of tentative or self aware employees. Worst dollar tree location by far.

    My experience was pretty good I took four my friends there, I loaded up my van and took them over there to shop. The store looked pretty clean to me and from the last time I was there it looked like everything was stocked up

    3+ employees. 1 cashier, 1 crazy lady, and 6+ people in line. I like Dollar Tree and will continue to shop at their locations, but they need to realize they need more cashier stands open. This issue is not a Dollar Tree only issue, either. But it is frequent enough to be detrimental to customer experience.

    There was quite a long line only 2 possibly 3 employees, 1 cashier and manager and maybe trainee employee? The cashier was working as quickly as possibly. Did great job telling customers he was working as quick as he could and thanking them for their patience. The manager seeing the long line continued training the employee stocking the shelves or just talking to the person. Never opened another register. That’s usually rule number 1 in retail, you get your customers checked out as quickly as possible. Then go back to stocking shelves/training etc.. Then when I was being rung up I bought 44 items of posterboard so the cashier had to call the manager over to be able to input that manually. She came over, still talking to that person, so messed it up the first time. This used to be one of the better, more efficient, better stocked Dollar Trees in Ogden. Now, the shelves are usually not stocked (may not be their fault may be due to shipping/employee issues), and they don’t seem to open up registers when they have employees to do so. I will go back. They could just be working out some issues. Businesses are having hard times it seems. I do try to leave honest reviews though.
