  1. I was at Home Depot and could have scored a good price on a breaker. I guess my cautiousness made me not do it. I was talking to a customer service representative about a breaker. He explained everything and walked away. I was looking at a breaker when a man, photo attached, approached me and offered to sell it to me for less. I was hesitating as he looked dirty and smelled bad. I told him that I buy everything from Home Depot because it is safe. He told me that he will give me this exact item. I hesitated, but decided not to go for it.

  2. Home Depot be careful when you tell your people to buy Electrolux appliances they don’t back their warranties. My brand new freezer still under a year warranty was broken two weeks before Thanksgiving I am still waiting for it to be fixed I will include the parts in picture form that have been sent that are the wrong ones are broken and now they tell me that they’re going to try it again get the right part and I have to wait 2 weeks broken freezer rotting in my cellar really makes me think twice about buying products through Home Depot

  4. I spend more time trying to find things that are supposedly in stock than the actual job I’m trying to do. Website shows in stock and half the time it’s not. So tired of wasting my time in this place. Don’t bother with there plumbing department.

  5. Very disappointed in the way I was treated today. I received an email letting me know my order was ready, I went to pick it up, wait in line, lady struggles to find my ready order, and finally finds it. It was in isle 26, she tells me someone will bring it in a moment so I wait around 20 minutes, and noticed how busy everyone was so I kindly asked if it was okay for me to grab my order in isle 26 and they kindly said said yes.
    After wards after walking a mission to grab my order which is 10 packs of wooden mulch, and bags of rocks, I had to pull that all the way to the exit… here comes ERIC rudely stops me and ask me where my paper work was, and I said I have my order email…. He then says that’s not good enough, and wants me to pull everything back inside to service desk… I tell him that they told me this was ok, he tells me he isn’t letting me leave even after showing him the email with my name, and products also my products were labeled with my name on them, I said I can wait here while you call them… he was so rude to me, even though the mistake was on their end and not mine. I showed him proof that the products were bought and were mine but he continued to treat me so poor as if I were stealing everything.

    I’ve never felt more humiliated. All this to tell me I was right all along.

Time to smarten up, and clean up your store, look at these photos taken recently… Constantly empty fastener drawers! The stores you eliminated used to stock all this stuff in volume…. And look at the condition of your merchandise displays!

    I was renting a vehicle and they disabled the truck so been calling talking to managers for days with nothing being done so I called my triple a to get it towed back to the store when triple a got there they did a walk around the truck and then told me they couldn’t touch the vehicle because it’s not registered and they showed me it expired in 2022 so I called the store manager and he told me he would get back to me never did so I called corporate today and they said they would reach out to store manager and have them call me that never took place then I just got a call for me to take care of the balance so they are renting out trucks that are not legal to drive and putting customers at risk if you look at sticker on license plate clearly it says 2022

    shop, rental tools, contractor for the new project, find anything you need for repair or new construction in your house or business, It is more easy by online have pick up at the store Also you can ask for delivery, If the best way to wake up early and jump into the Home Depot store I love garden, where you can find products a material for make t it beautiful

    Had a very frustrating issue that I needed resolved and was fortunate enough that their Customer Experience Manager Arelys Baez took the time to hear out my concerns, get to the route of the problem and helped come up with a resolution. I’m going to be honest, I was extremely frustrated and she was nice enough to make sure my issues got resolved BEFORE I left the store. Home Depot, this one’s a keeper! 🙂

    I want to have the option of using a cashier register, not the self- serve. The last times I’ve been to the store, there were NO cashier registers open. I’ve been going to Lowe’s more often now even though they are further away.
