I decided to keep the item than taking a loss, the manager started asking me for an extra $60??? I’m like what in a world is going on here???? Now I have to pay extra $60 to keep the defected item? Literally they wanted me to buy the chairs that I own and pay extra $60. She had been very accommodating, personable, as well as professional. They have a code lock on the restroom which is located all the way to the back of the store. So after walking to the back of the store to use the restroom you have to walk to the front to find someone that will walk you to the back of the store to enter the code to let you in. Was pretty crowded but what can you expect.. tis the season????.I was looking for a pair of ????leg ????.. but ended up with a couple of drinking???? games..????..????️..I failed to mention.. might have a ????bit of issues.????..???? tried to loose.. but either I was that darn good or they was that darn bad.. in other words..I went to bed sober????????????.. l ????the store.

Ross has name brands for less. Cute blouse and great purse. I definitely recommend shopping there if you want quality products for less.
Not much variety, messy, and most importantly all the employees were clustered in the back aisles cursing and swearing about how much they hate their job and their manager. Pretty uncomfortable shopping experience.
